The service was unbelievably topnotch and restaurants were excellent. The attention to detail and how much everyone at the hotel (literally everyone) cared was beyond expectation. This was the best Four Seasons Hotel I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend it!

Amazing location and a fantastic river side villa! If you have a dream about visiting the jungle then definitely go to Bali and stay in Sayan! Hotel is fused with the jungle itself and the river views are breathtaking! Service is immaculate and staff are super friendly. We have tried breakfast lunch and dinner in the resort and the food did not disappoint either! Tasty, colourful and bursting with flavours the meals were a great treat for the taste buds. :))

When planning the itinerary, I was interested in the Double Four Seasons stay for six pay four and the rafting stay, but as the itinerary was changed again and again, only the Ubud Four Seasons was retained. I chose a villa with a swimming pool. The accommodation environment is quite suitable. The front desk is very warm and thoughtful, giving people a homely feeling. The room is large and beautiful from every angle. I also tried the floating breakfast on the second day. Ubud Four Seasons is unforgettable~

This hotel is a very famous Four Seasons resort in Southeast Asia. Although the rooms are not as new as the mandapa, the overall maintenance is still good. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the service is better than mamdapa at any time. Overall, I will give this place a priority next time I come to Ubud.

The towels, cushions, and sheets are very old, and they don't match the brand. Especially the towels, they are very hard, and I would throw them away at home, but Shanyan Four Seasons is still using them, which is really not good. In addition, the hotel is a bit old, the scenery is not bad, but the soft power really needs to be improved

Second stay. Last time I stayed in a villa, but this time I chose a different maisonette type room. There was no pool in the room, but the gym, spa, and restaurants were close by. We also held a free yoga class in a comfortable facility, which made us feel refreshed and refreshed in the morning. We relaxed by the pool and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I was a little disappointed that the dinner wasn't what I expected. The passion fruit and coconut gelato I ordered for dessert was absolutely delicious. I was surprised that the coconut ice cream had more pulp left in it than the coconut ice cream from Tukies that I went to three times in Ubud! ️

This is a wonderful resort that does not disappoint every time we visit. I had a great vacation thanks to the overwhelming scenery of the Ayung River Valley and the very friendly staff. In particular, thanks to Inna, who speaks Korean very well, I received a lot of help not only with hotel schedules but also with external schedules. (Thx Inna. You are the best!!). The hotel rafting was so much fun (Guide Roy, Cpt. Robbie, You guys made my day!!) and the BBQ party at sunset was a great time. Four Seasons Resort made good memories in Bali, I want to visit again next time.

Perfect stay. I was only there for one night, but I made full use of and enjoyed my room (villa) with pool. My expectations were exceeded, perfect ambience, top service.
