The house is named for the original Khoisan word for this region, meaning ‘place of paradise.’ Enjoy spectacular sunsets and vistas all the way to Cape Point from the decks. Xairu is close to shark diving, Cape winelands and excellent hiking. This architectural gem is equipped with quality linens and complete kitchen. Xairu is good for couples and families.
A spacious, modernist, seafront home offering fantastic sea views from every room. The house has fully converted to solar energy, but when there is no sun and if the batteries are depleted, the house runs on the grid. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. Large Weber grill for outdoor braais. Open plan ground floor includes kitchen, dining room and small lounge. Downstairs includes Morsø stove with radiant chimney, which extends into the upstairs lounge.
