If you need to park something bigger like an RV or a boat, that will work too.Other Things to Note:What to expect: this is a family neighborhood with plenty of cell service, so it doesn’t feel too rural despite being in a relatively rural area. You might spot or hear wild turkeys wandering the streets! Being that this is still a rural community in the foothills of the Sierras, you can also expect bugs. We have a regular pest control service as well as a zapper and citronella candles available for your comfort in the backyard, but a few might still sneak through.Summers in Three Rivers are hot! While the game room and side bedroom have small a/c units, they are not as strong and powerful as the central air conditioning to the rest of the house.
