Our experience at this hotel was great, from checkin to follow up! We only stayed one night, but all of stay, plus our hurried departure, went very smoothly. Front desk reception is very welcoming. Our room was OK - I believe this is an older hotel, because the bathrooms are tiny. The room was impeccably clean. On our departure morning, we arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by Alice. She told us the price of the buffet breakfast was $20. per person, but asked if we were Marriott members. She took the time to go to the desk and check our status, and returned to tell us that our breakfast buffet was free. (Don't miss being greeted by Alice!). The buffet was much better than those you might experience at other hotel chains, and service was excellent - Alice was overseeing. We left in a rush, and I realized when we got to the airport that I had left my sweater. I called when we returned home and talked to Midge at Reception. Midge immediately put me on hold, and returned to say she had found the sweater and would mail it back to me. (Thanks to executive housekeeper Carina). We also received a personal email from Julie after our return, thanking us for staying with them. This hotel is just off a very busy Interstate, but is a real oasis. Again, the reception staff was most helpful to recommend restaurants nearby. You will feel like a very special person at the hands of the Sheraton staff.

Very old hotel with dated rooms. The rooms are not good. I had to shift three times, and the front office staff handled the passport carelessly. Won't stay in this property again as I was not impressed with the room quality. Housekeeping is only available every three days—no staff to help to shift the luggage from room to room when I was moved. I booked a bay view room with a balcony, but they provided the first room, which has smelly rooms and no working aircon. Moved to another room without a bay view and, after a night, moved to another room on the eighth floor with a semi-bay view and balcony. Honestly was not impressed with the experience. No free water in the room. Wifi was not the fast.

Even though I gave them a score of 4, if the is an overall rating I would give a 3. They messed up my reservation. I booked a king bed with bay view but instead they put me in a room with 2 double beds and the view was the back of a tennis/pickle ball court. Room was on first level of Lanai tower near end of the hallway close to stairs so high foot traffic so noise come from everywhere, footsteps from second level, hallway, and from outside balcony.☹️

A pretty large resort, but with personal attention by the staff. Ground were well appointed. The rooms were very well appointed, beds comfortable, people serving us were pleasant. Would never hesitate to recommend the place. Can't wait to go back. My only complaints as follows - the one bartender at the Tequila Bar definitely wasn't into serving people with a smile. I asked him what beer he had available and he said ”some domestics and some imports”, turned and walked away. That was a turnoff. The other people who served us over the 3 nights were all fine, but not him. Also, we were on the 15th floor, yet surprisingly we could hear conversations down in the pool area, and especially the music playing. I found that as being a little odd. That is the only reason for dropping it down from 5 stars.

Poorly ran hotel. Restaurant closes on a whim even though we had a contract stating their hours. Strange homeless person roaming the halls with no action by staff, even after being alerted. No wash cloths again today. Cleaning service might do your room, might not. We asked for daily service. This place isn’t worth another stay.

I travel quite a bit for work. I thought it would be nice to bring the kids and the husband for 2-day conference in Mission Bay. I chose the HYATT based on the fact that it was a 4-star resort hotel. What can go wrong with a 4-star hotel. Well everything from check-in to check-out. The staff are lazy young kids running the counter and valet. They were too busy talking amongst themselves to actually help people. When asked if someone can take our luggage to the room, they told us to wait for security to come while they were laughing and high five-ing each other. I had to ask for cart after waiting for 15 minutes and no one showed up. The guy at the front desk told me I'm not allowed to take the cart because he doesn't know what I would do to it. ***...seriously dude? What would I do other than load our luggage and take it to the room ourselves. These guys were lazy standing around laughing at each other instead of helping us out. Once we got to our room on the 11th floor, oh my god, it smelled like a dirty ash tray left in the rain for months to rot. There was some mysterious dried up fruit left on the arm chair. The room did not look clean. My white socks were gray after walking back and forth to unload our luggage. My feet felt itchy just walking on the nasty wet carpet. This place needs to be torn down and re-built again. I took a shower and noticed the water collecting on the ceilings. No wonder it smells moldy in here - there was no ceiling vents to air out the bathroom. Next day, I received my car from the valet guy and apparently they left the windows open and rain water soaked my passenger side of the car. Seriously! How incompetent are the people here. We paid extra for this place and it was not worth it! 4 stars my ASS!!! You are better off staying at an AIRBNB.

If you’re used to really minimal environment sound, this spot is great. Lots of reviews complain about noise, but as someone who lives with others this was even less noise than that. Spent the weekend for a concert, the blinds do a great job of dampening noise and we were on the side of the building facing the club but neither my partner, nor I, were disturbed by the small amount of noise. Much cleaner than some other hotels I’ve been to, and even though we didn’t use any amenities, it was good knowing they’re there. Great location for walking anywhere near the Gaslamp district!

Only stayed here for a night - it was fantastic. The building has its charm being a former bank. I especially appreciate Georgie at the front desk for her help. We stayed on the 18th floor and had a good night sleep. The view was great and the bed comfortable.

GGuest UserGreat location next to Little Italy and nice staff. Spent 3 nights here and would have preferred a room on the opposite of side of the Construction Zone which was running 24 hours as it was noisy. Close to waterfront certainly an easy walk. No Restaurant which we were not made aware of prior to booking and we were also not made aware of the huge Construction project going right next door to the Hotel. Limited supplies in the room also if they were not going to make up the room daily, we were expected to ask for what we needed replaced. Also I specifically phoned the Hotel prior to booking to see if there was an Airport Shuttle prior to booking and was told yes there is by their Head Office, only to find that there was not one once we arrived at the airport which was very frustrating. All in all the location and the friendly staff were great but the Hotel is not worth the money they are charging, not sure we would stay ehrea gain.

飒飒Horton is a very old hotel with a beautiful lobby, elegant blue and white design, and a string of lights on the trees in the yard. Stairs and elevators are old and new, and they are well protected. We booked two nights with two twin rooms with fireplaces, on the second floor, two squatting rooms but the layout was different. The room facilities and services are to be spit. The leaks in the bathtubs of our two rooms have bluish spots. The water in one room sink is only hot and the hot water is very hot. The fireplace in both rooms is not easy to use. One of them is completely can not open. Some of us have a fever, call the front desk 3 times and wait an hour to get a blanket. It is worth mentioning that most of the hotels in the West are very thin, the pillows are very high, and Horton only has blankets. The service staff did not smile and was not enthusiastic, and could not match the services of other hotels in our time. Regarding parking, the hotel does not have free parking and a one-way street. Paid parking is expensive, we parked in a nearby public car park, there are many homes around, we found the cheapest is $15 a day, opposite the cvs pharmacy. Regarding dining, the hotel does not include breakfast, and the breakfast is not cheap. Starbucks is on the corner of the street. It is about 5 minutes drive from the famous cafe 21. You can eat brunch.

离离暴富还差一个梦🗺️Location: There is an office area around, but there is a small mall opposite, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The only inconvenience is that the hotel door is on a one-way street, and it is a bit troublesome to go back to the hotel on the other side.
🌳Environment: The floor is very high, there is a large swimming pool on the garden floor, and there are sofas and bamboo chairs outside the lobby on the first floor, which looks very comfortable.
🏨Facilities: After all, American hotels are old, so the facilities are not very new, but passable. There is a bar in the lobby, a convenience store, and a business lounge for members. There is no alcohol, only drinks and fruits.
🏠 Room: spacious and bright, with good hygiene. The bedding is very comfortable, and the curtains have good shading effect to ensure the quality of sleep. The bathroom is very new, except that there are no disposable items, (you can ask the front desk for lotion, combs, etc.) everything else is very good.
All in all, highly recommended! Very friendly hotel. Because I didn't get a free room upgrade, my parking fee was waived, thank you very much!

GGuest UserThe hotel does not have its own parking lot, which is inconvenient for self-driving people, because every time they go out and call them to drive over, they have to give a tip (it is customary here that the tip is not asked by the waiter). The breakfast is good. The room size is very suitable for our family of four One room, one living room, the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. It is within walking distance from the aircraft carrier. I found a restaurant near the hotel. It is delicious. I recommend it to everyone. You can also go shopping in the pedestrian street.

QQIYUNThe hardware conditions are not good. The parking fee is 19 knives a night. The roadside should be able to park, but it is a bit late. I don't want to go to the road to see the sign and look for the parking space. Hotel service attitude is OK, but the state of health is not flattering, the bathroom is not smooth, the bath is very disgusting. Breakfast tableware is not too clean, I really don't want to tip. There are few old town hotels, but it seems that there is no choice, maybe other cost-effective.

Great place right on Ocean Beach. The motel is fenced in and feels safe. My room was comfortable. For my first time solo travelling, safety and comfort was priority, and I felt totally secure here. I loved that I could watch the sunset until dark and still feel comfortable walking the short distance back to my room. I stayed in a single king room (bay view) and a double queen (bay view). There's natural wear and tear in the rooms and they're a bit outdated, but still perfect for me as I didn't spend much time in the hotel and am pretty low maintenance. My rooms and the pool were perfect for winding down after busy days. My only complaint is that I found it cold in my room and had the heat cranked up all night as the blankets were quite thin. The heater was pretty loud but I still slept really well. The staff was super friendly and stored my luggage for several hours after I checked out (I was flying home later that day) and in between my separate room bookings. They gave me recommendations for places to eat and seemed to love their jobs and care about my experience. Overall everything I needed!
