The hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists. Clean towels are provided for the beach every day. The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality. The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows: 1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable. 2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard 3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)

This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

The food was indeed delicious, and the wine was good, too. We ate eight meals a day, and the minibar in the room was restocked promptly. The Turkish bath was interesting, and the massage was okay. The price was negotiable: a 40-minute bath plus a 60-minute essential oil massage cost 110 euros per person. The pool, which was directly connected to the room, was quite large, and the lounge chairs were much more comfortable than in the public area. The water was a bit salty, but it was clean. The downside was that the town next door wasn't very interesting, and the water, while clear, wasn't very blue, which was disappointing. Also, there were too few bath towels.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar. In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

Amazing All Inclusive Resort, took very good care of us. I have to say one of the best resorts in visited. Soo much food drinks and deserts all day long. Amazing sea facing and clean beach. Slides Several pools and Have turkish hamam free to use. I had an amazing time. The rooms were ok in fulya hotel, can be better otherwise all was ok

Good hotel, area beautiful, large and comfortable, large and active pool where there are zones for adults and for kids, excellent water park, fun animation and good evening shows (fire show is one of the best that has been seen). Five-food, all delicious and diverse, were seafood and red fish, dorado, sibas on grill, very delicious calf. Cocktails in the oll inclusive were delicious and varied, white wine and beer were also good. They didn't like only the numbers, they almost everything with the view of each other. I put the staff on the respiratory 20 euros in the passport at the entrance, but despite this he set us in a bad room, on the backyard, in it from the crane went boiling and it was impossible to adjust it, and also did not close the door to the sauna, I had to contact another staff member and he moved to the room better the next day. So it is this hotel that I do not recommend giving tips to the Resepshne staff, it doesn't make sense, apparently the guys are settled. In general, this hotel is good for its money.

Quiet hotel, animation on the beach, a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Revy’s singing, a sharp water inlet, no soles of feet 2 meters from the shore, no free sunbeds, 90% broken or even insufficient food regulations4, It can be seen that the hotel used to be very good, but in a hurry and covid repairs (staff on the beach, animators, towels and sunbeds are kept) killed the desire to come here again. We made a good discount, so the price/quality ratio is very satisfactory.

Because we came from Trip.com, we were treated badly and even waited for 2 hours because of this reason. The hotel official told us that we had to cancel and take a place at the hotel, a very ridiculous system. But we insisted and they had to stay.

Rest at the Crystal Sunset family with children 10 and 13 years old and our friends stayed very happy! The hotel is excellent for family holidays: children had something to do, aquagorks worked, swimming pools on the street with heating. Apart thanks to Ahmed Bey at the bar at the pool he made excellent drinks and was always very welcome. Although it was only the second day of the hotel's work at the beginning of the season, everything was absolutely functioning and available. It is evident that the team is well prepared and tries to guests. A separate thanks to Onur Bey from the Guest Relations Department he settled us immediately on arrival, helped to organize a late departure, and also in the room brought a pleasant compliment in the form of a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. It was very pleasant and added a special comfort to our rest. In general, the holiday turned out to be wonderful, with pleasure to return again and we can boldly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is right by the sea, three or five minutes away from the station, close to the museum, with its own restaurant, beach, tea house, the entire hotel is as large as a garden, the greenery is very good, and it is based on hillsides and monuments. The staff was very welcoming, the room was cleaned every day, and a heart-shaped towel was made with bougainvillea. The balcony was filled with fragrant honeysuckle in the morning, and the orange tree had fruit. Our room was just for the promotion of China, Japan and Korea, and it was a dinner. The buffet breakfast was very rich. In a scenic spot where dining is generally expensive, it is really wonderful to have a free dinner! Live and don't want to go. Asian tourists are very rare, they are very friendly to us and highly recommend this hotel!
