"It should only be considered a relatively good 3-star hotel in China. There are no road signs, so the driver can only look around the building and find the way in. Because the flight was at 8 o'clock the next day, I asked the front desk to book a taxi at 4 o'clock the next morning. Before going to bed, I went to the front desk to confirm whether the appointment was made: he said that the shift change was at 12 o'clock and told my colleagues with an impatient look. I was worried, so I got up at 3:30 and hurried to the front desk to ask if the appointment was made. The new front desk receptionist said that there was no appointment, and helped to make an appointment immediately. Fortunately, the car arrived before 4 o'clock. The taxi fare to the airport is 25,000/vehicle."

There was also a call in my presence to come through and bring a cup and glass. I put a note next to one cup asking for a second cup and a second glass. It's not a disaster, but you shouldn't pretend to be a 4-star hotel with such service! The room, bathroom and service are more consistent with a 2 or 3 star hotel. The buffet breakfast (over 12 euros per person) was appropriate for a 4 star hotel and was excellent. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was included. When I asked them the next day if they wanted to check this again, so that I wouldn't suddenly have to pay an extra 120 Euro at the end, they could no longer find my booking. They would search further. The next morning I received a call that breakfast was not included after all! (We had received the trip as a gift and didn't know if breakfast was included) All in all, great location, friendly, helpful people at reception, but apart from a good breakfast, it is at most a 3-star room that needs maintenance"
