Check Batangas Hotels with Balcony

Dear Sir. Joven of Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa, I am writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during our recent stay at Canyon Cove Hotel And Spa. You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would like to thank you and your staff for providing excellent service and for creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is good, the price is not high, if you are free to travel, it is not recommended to live here, there is a parking lot. The buffet in the hotel is average, you know the wifi speed, a bit stuck, the hotel is a two-story room, I don't know where the router is installed, if the room is far away, there is no signal at all. Hotel services are still available, providing pick-up service, but the price, as you know, is at least five times more expensive than in China.

Pico restaurant the service was just horrible. They served spoiled coleslaw, we waited too long for everything, starting from ordering til getting our bill. We ended up leaving the restaurant without paying. They are understaffed and the waiters we're not properly trained. Scrambled eggs in the buffet smells like wet rug. If you order medium rare tenderloin they will give you well done. We tried to complain but the manager was just hard to talk to and they were not sincere to fix the problem or even make up for their mistakes.

i enjoyed my stay at Crusoe Cabins. The beds and the cabins are clean and comfortable. I like the chair swing in the veranda. I appreciate that the aircons were very cool. I like it that they provide bikes for us to move around. They also has a golf cart that goes around every now and then. Service is good, the staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Towels are just a little tattered. I love the toiletries though. The beach is clean, not deep. Water was just knee high even if you have walked several feet away. It is good for none swimmers like me. My 93 year old mom even went to the waters and walked several feet away. The pool needs some upkeep. Some paints are chipping already. My son enjoyed the water slide though. It was a nice weekend even if I find the price expensive. I have not gone around but I know there are cheaper resorts in the area. I am just not sure how they compare.

Loved our stay at Splendido Hotel. I have read mixed reviews so I managed my expectations. It was a quick birthday weekend with my kids who haven't been to Tagaytay and they have been wanting to see Taal Volcano. I am so glad I chose Splendido. Totally leaned on the positive reviews. From the staff to the WiFi, from the bed to the bathtub, and the view OMG everything was perfect. I love how the staff was available but not hovering. It was secure, safe and so peaceful! My kids can't wait to be back and so do I. Thank you Splendido!

The place was pristine, the service was commendable. Had used google map to go to the place and unfortunately some area was not passable and had to find other ways; the food was all vegetarian and a bit pricey but reasonable. Love the fountain area, the water is very soothing for summer days, the peacocks served as our alarm clock

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). My husband and I randomly checked-in to their hotel and we chose the lake view room. It was clean and big. The view was really beautiful and noticeable as the large windows are just positioned right at the front of the bed. Even they did not have their own spa, they managed to arrange a relaxing massage service which was done in our own room. The king bed was spacious enough to have a couple’s massage. The food in their restaurant were also delicious and surprisingly cheap considering the cozy ambiance. But what we loved most during our stay —- the good quality service of their staff. They’re attentive and polite. Hopefully, same customer service is provided in all your branches. If yes, that will be truly commendable. This is a place that we will visit again if we want a break from the busy city life. Thanks to the whole team and all the best!

Breakfast is relatively simple, no fruit; facilities are generally, compared with domestic, the applicability is relatively weak; in addition, the suites are newly renovated, the taste is more pungent, need to follow up; secondly, there are few surrounding facilities, not very convenient. Finally, the hotel has a gym and swimming pool (lobby and accommodation area), perfect for fitness.
