The villa is very beautiful, the privacy is very good, the restaurant in the resort can eat the residents, it is very ritual, but the front desk is a bit mean.

All was perfect. The apartment is innocent, spacious, quiet, with everything you need. From the balcony, a view of Los Gigantes. A walk can be travelled to the restaurants without having to have its car. Attention l'accueil se fait jusqu'à 19h et non 23h comme indiqué dans la réservation, certainement une erreur de mise à jour.Le personnel d'accueil a cependant été très réactif ( arrivée tardive ), s'est efforcé de parler français ce qui a fortement aidé dans la communication au téléphone qui n'est pas évident quand on ne parle pas la langue. Une boîte à clé est alors mise à disposition. The check out was very fast and efficient ! To recommend without hesitate.

The environment is very good, not bad 

The hotel is chic, good location, but, brought a cockroach in the room, cleaning, two days at all didn't clean the room until they came to the cleaner and didn't say, it was simply skipped, for unknown reasons, the room with the view of the ocean (taken a deluxe) gave to the pool, noisy, day ray bathing, night is heard discotheque, so bear in mind, food is not particularly tasty, carrots and peanuts are tasteless, most of all in the hotel pensioners, staff is physicial, they are not frozen, how many times came for breakfast was not clean tables, remained dirty plates with food, from previous guests, had to run around the restaurant to find a place where to sit and whether there would be clean devices, people sat down with breakfast for dirty tables, or where there were no devices, service on 3. Overall good, but could have been better!

小さい子連れ(2歳、1歳)でしたが、離乳食の温めやブッフェメニュー外のリクエストにも対応頂きとても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々も親切でした。

It was a great stay. the cleanliness was good, the facilities were great, the food was delicious and lovely live music. I had a really nice studio with everything you need. The staff was friendly.

The room is small, the tables and chairs are in the cupboard, except for the bed, all the supplies are not available, the elevator is not extravagant, there are two big advantages: one is that there is a private bathroom in the room, so the price is also 70% higher; there is a beach, walking and eating are very comfortable, and parking is economical and convenient.
