As foreigners, communication can sometimes be challenging, but the team went out of their way to help us, using WeChat to communicate effectively. They were always friendly and thoughtful, even picking some fresh berries for us and giving them to us as a complimentary gift, which was a lovely touch. On our first evening, there was a team-building event for an external company, which created a little noise. However, the event finished promptly at 10:00 pm, which we felt was very respectful and did not significantly impact our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience genuine hospitality. Highly recommended."
