房間很大，配置很高檔吹風機還是戴森的，門口就有小河，水很清涼，地理位置不錯，左右都有景點，因為比較安靜睡的很舒服，房間前面有大露台，帶孩子來，可以在露台玩耍休息，各方面都很贊，老闆服務生都很客氣，服務很到位，山裡空氣新鮮，還可以玩水，夏天風涼涼的，有機會還來。2樓中間那個房間窗户的螺絲掉了一個無法關閉，店家可以維修下。

首先我在河南就打了前台電話詢問有沒有上下兩棟的，因為我們帶着孩子很不方便，前台告知有我們才在攜程訂房出發山西，而且我是給前台預留了名字跟電話的，結果到了晚上十點打電話告知沒有房型，至於房型是不是給別人了，仁者見智吧，雖然我去的晚，但是我事先預訂了不是。沒一會攜程客服打電話了，服務也很到位。説是改一個距離比較近的中間隔了一個房子，也能接受無所謂了，結果到了房間之後沒有熱水，熱水不出，那邊房子已經給孩兒哄睡，也沒法去洗漱了，累一天了沒辦法洗漱沒辦法洗澡，工作人員過來了也是解決不了，説是到早上過來解決，結果早上我們十點多走還是沒有人來問。環境衞生包括住宿可以的，但是這種違約沒有契約精神真的很差。開了幾百公里車弄個這事。
