服務：還是不錯的，幫我們抬箱子啥的，隨叫隨到 環境：帶娃沒得説，遊樂設施再多一點就好了，草坪很喜歡 衞生：乾淨四顆星 設施：不得不説這個房型除了好看一無是處，房間小，洗澡處堵水，伸縮門壞的，開門嘎嘎響，那電動窗簾十分老火，隨時被沙發或者其他東西擋住需要手動拉原，小孩一直在玩，有個童鎖就還好，特別説一下接受不了的一點：四周玻璃，毫無隔音效果，晚上門外隨時有人在説話經過，唱歌經過，還有關車門的聲音，鎖車門的聲音，早上還沒醒對面山上就有騎着摩託車滴滴放羊的村民，相當老火，中午午休的時候也是一片嘈雜聲，還很亮，因為門的方向是透光的，包括廁所浴室門！！！！ 果斷第二天換了房型，因為房型緊張？我帶了個兩歲孩子，給了我最最最裡麪的一個房子，好在房間比較大，下一個訂單再進行評論吧！ 所以不在乎吵鬧，熱，蚊蟲的，就無腦下單定這個房型吧……

The hot springs are a little far away and the children had a great time. The breakfast was average, but the restaurant service staff took the initiative to explain that the team had just left and there was a shortage of dishes. They enthusiastically asked what they needed and delivered it quickly. Thumbs up👍 A taxi from Yi Ancient Town costs 11 yuan, and you can eat and go shopping in the evening.

The hotel environment is elegant, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are very clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, there is a free laundry room, clothes can be dried, a fitness gym is provided, and there is a free tea room for tea. I am very satisfied with my stay this time, very joy! Will come again next time.

The overall stay experience on the first day was good, but the subsequent stay experience needs to be improved. First, after successfully placing an order to extend your stay in the original room, the order shows that you can extend your stay in the original room, but when you check in at the front desk, you are informed that there is a system problem and you cannot extend your stay in the original room and there is no same room type. Secondly, when waiting for the room to be adjusted, the front desk staff was obviously not familiar with the business. The problem was not solved after waiting for a long time. Later, another front desk staff member handled it and gave us the lowest room type, but there was no apology and no room upgrade. Thirdly, the room we were given was not clean enough. There was a lot of dander on the floor. We called the cleaning staff and they said it was a problem with the carpet and only dealt with it briefly.

Entering the courtyard is spacious and bright, Chuxiong's sun brings a wealth of natural light, the room is quiet and tidy, full of design, breakfast is very careful, the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, like the recommendation 😊

The location is very good to find, there is an indicator light box at the door at night, and the hall is bright. The room was very large, the bed was not soft or hard, and I had a good night's sleep. The jade separated from wet and dry, the shower water was also very large, and the disposable supplies were complete. The room uses high-definition projection, and a smart little housekeeper. It is very convenient to close the curtains, light and air conditioning, etc., and will come next time.

Facilities: chic and elegant Hygienic: There are broken hairs on the stone road in the bathroom. There are toothbrushes used by others under the sink. They are not cleaned up. Environment: The sound insulation is not good. I can hear the air conditioner next door ringing all night. Service: Good rice noodles for breakfast

The decoration of the hotel is very good materials, very good!  The service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good,  The surrounding environment is also very good, I will definitely stay in this one in the future.

Environment: Next to the Yi Ancient Town, there are many restaurants around. Hygiene: See Figure 45, the wash basin in my room drains very slowly, basically it is a serious congestion. The newly opened cotton swab has black stuff in it. The attitude of the hotel front desk was very average when checking in. It may be that it was not busy at that time. Several young ladies gathered together to talk about important topics. I wanted a room facing the sun, and they arranged two rooms diagonally opposite us. I was quite happy that they arranged it facing the ancient town, but I saw that the opposite side was full of homestays and parking... The other room was facing the inside of the hotel. If the front desk had known that there was no good scenery in the ancient town, they would have arranged it for me inside the hotel... Without saying a word Because my family didn't want to bother the hotel, I didn't ask the hotel to change the room! Breakfast: There are not many varieties, the porridge is praised, and the pickled mustard next to it is very good for the porridge. I poured a cup of tea, which was full of tea dregs and couldn't be drunk at all.
