Das Personal ist extrem unmotiviert und lustlos. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch in keinem anderen Land erlebt. Beschwerden werden nicht ernst genommen, und das Management lügt über angebliche Lösungen, die nie umgesetzt werden. Das Schwimmbad ist zwar grundsätzlich gut, aber überall gibt es Schimmel, was ein großes Hygieneproblem darstellt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass man kaum Ruhe findet. Selbst nach einer Beschwerde mitten in der Nacht an der Rezeption wurde das Problem nicht behoben – weder in dieser Nacht noch an den folgenden Tagen ( laut ohne Ende bis 3-4 Uhr Nacht ) An mehreren Abenden wurde ich durch laute Geräusche aus benachbarten Zimmern gestört. Trotz höflicher Bitten um Rücksichtnahme reagierten die betreffenden Gäste aggressiv: Sie schrien mich an, fotografierten und filmten mich ohne meine Zustimmung und beschimpften mich. Dieses Verhalten war äußerst beunruhigend und beeinträchtigte meinen Aufenthalt erheblich. Die Bedienung im Restaurant ist ebenso schlecht wie der allgemeine Service im Hotel. So eine miserable Gastronomie-Erfahrung habe ich noch nie gemacht. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Die Kombination aus schlechtem Service, mangelnder Hygiene und ignorierten Beschwerden macht den Aufenthalt zu einer schlechten Erfahrung. Die Mitarbeiter am Skilift und im Skipass waren auf einem sehr niedrigen Niveau – unhöflich und arrogant. Während meines Aufenthalts funktionierte der Skipass am Lift-Terminal nicht korrekt, was zu Verzögerungen führte. Als ich das Personal darauf ansprach, wurde ich eingeschrien , anstatt Unterstützung zu erhalten. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und widerspricht grundlegenden Standards des Kundenservice. Anstatt mein Problem zu erklären war an mir Sicherheit Mensch gerufen .

We stayed at **Hotel Crystal, Bakuriani**, as a group of 16 people, including kids, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant due to the behavior and attitude of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the **front desk staff** were extremely rude. Every time we asked a question or needed assistance, they replied in a manner that made us feel as though they were doing us a favor by addressing our queries. There was no warmth or hospitality, and they hardly ever carried a smile, which made the experience very unwelcoming. One evening, we ordered **hot chocolate** for the room at 10:30 PM. They accepted the order but never delivered it. When we called back at 11:10 PM to inquire, we were bluntly told that room service was closed—without any explanation or apology. The most frustrating experience occurred on our **last day (25th morning)** during checkout. We asked the front desk where we could store our luggage while we went skiing. Their response was extremely dismissive, and they rudely instructed us to leave all **16 pieces of luggage** at the front desk itself, which crowded the entire area. Despite the inconvenience, we complied. When we returned after skiing, we had already informed them that we needed to **use the common bathroom to change** before leaving. The reception directed us to the spa area for this purpose. However, when the girls in our group went to change, a staff member at the spa stopped them and began interrogating them rudely, refusing to let them use the space initially. After a tense discussion where we explained that the **reception approved this arrangement**, the staff reluctantly allowed it. But, shockingly, while the girls were changing, this same staff member **barged into the room multiple times**, demanding that they leave immediately. This lack of respect and professionalism was unacceptable and left us deeply upset. On the positive side, the **rooms** were nice, and the **location of the property** is excellent for accessing activities like skiing. However, the **unpleasant attitude of the staff** completely overshadowed the experience. Their lack of courtesy and hospitality, combined with the unnecessary tension they caused during our stay, especially on the last day, left a bitter taste and ruined what could have been a memorable trip. **Final Verdict:** If you're looking for a property with good rooms and a prime location, this might work. However, be prepared for **unprofessional and rude staff** who will likely diminish the joy of your stay. We would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made to their service and hospitality.

My first night here is disappointing. The room is cramped, missing a trash bin (only one in the bathroom), and lacks essentials like extra blankets or tea bags. The phone didn’t work, and staff failed to inform us. Extra bed costs more, but there’s no space for it. only plus: the bidet spray in the toilet. I will not visit again or recommend

Negative Points - Unfriendly Staff: Poor customer service and unhelpful attitude from front desk and management. - Limited Breakfast Options: Lack of variety in the morning meal. - Small Rooms: Uncomfortable and cramped living spaces. - No Air Conditioning: Unbearable conditions, especially in warmer weather. Overall, the hotel's positive aspects of a quiet location and clean rooms are overshadowed by the significant issues with staff attitude, limited amenities, and uncomfortable accommodations. the only hotel /complex with good service in all of Bakuriani, friendly attitude from all staff, they ran after my 1.5 year old child for dinner 4 days in a row, good bed, comfortable rooms, go for sure, excellent stay is guaranteed.Location is also wonderful, just near to ropeway.

We came to celebrate the New Year with a group of 5 people. An additional service was ordered for organizing the New Year's Party. As a result, 5 people were seated at a table for two people, and it was set for two, not five. Naturally, there was not enough food or drinks for the company. We asked them to bring some of the drinks that we should have had on the table, and as a result we were demanded to pay for drinks, although they were included in the bill for the service. In fact, three out of five people were simply deceived, and the service was not provided, and the hotel received $400 for nothing, and they also charged double for drinks. In addition, during the celebration in a relatively small room, they played such loud music that many guests began to leave almost immediately after midnight, because it was unbearable to be in the room. We also called the hotel several times before checking in to find out if there would be any program for children during the celebration - we were promised that there would be. As a result, nothing for children. If we had known that we would be so deceived with the New Year celebration, we would have chosen another hotel.

Rude staff .. I’m writing this review from the lobby of the hotel. I am checking out this morning , when I asked my bags to be brought down . The man at the reception is rude and said he’s busy . I saw him pour a whiskey shot ( red label ) and down it in front of me . It’s 10 am . Is this what he’s busy doing ?? . He’s still hasn’t gone for my bag .

I recently stayed at Hotel Crystal in Bakuriani, Georgia and had a mixed experience. The massage service offered by the hotel was on the pricier side, but it was absolutely amazing. The staff even went above and beyond by keeping the spa open after closing hours to accommodate our schedule, which was greatly appreciated. The indoor pool and spa facilities at the hotel were quite good, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. However, during breakfast hours, the dining area was overcrowded, making it a bit chaotic and challenging to find seating. The rooms at Hotel Crystal were on the smaller side and felt a bit cramped. Additionally, the lift had some technical issues during my stay. However, the views from the hotel were truly stunning, offering beautiful scenery. During my visit, the hotel was mainly occupied by Arabic tourists due to the Eid Holidays. This gave it a bustling and lively atmosphere. It's worth noting that Bakuriani is known for being an amazing ski resort, but I visited during the off-season, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience that. Overall, the room service provided by the hotel was good and the staff was attentive. Despite some drawbacks, Hotel Crystal offers a decent stay with its convenient amenities and breathtaking views.
