I canceled right after I had booked the room. The place was nasty and dirty and it smelled horrible. . I told the guy at the window I was canceling, he said no problem. Request a cancellation and I will approve. So far, I have not received my refund, I called the Hotel and they said cancellations are not refundable. I now have to wait for the manager until the 1/2/24 to get a response.

This hotel is a bit run down, it is need of not only upgrades but also some cosmetic work, tiles missing in the bathroom, no lock on the adjoining door, and the hallway smells like urine … badly..

Contrairement aux avis précédents, pas le souvenir d’un HOTEL sale ou douteux. Nous n’avons rien eu à déplorer mais ne sommes restés qu’une nuit. Les draps étaient propres, et l’ensemble aussi. Évidemment comme partout le petit déjeuner pas terrible.

Attente 1/2h car les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes à 8h du soir pour un groupe de 28 personnes. Propreté et insonorisation douteuses (Au raz de l'autoroute). Salle de bain : Blatte qui sort de la clim, crasse sur les plinthes et faïences, manque un jeu de serviettes... Au dire du manager, c’est la faute du Covid ! Manque de personnel et pour les blattes, c'est normal, l'entreprise de (dés)infection venait de passer ! Pdj café, muffin (ou ce qui y ressemble) et pomme. (Hôtel d'étape du circuit "Splendeurs de l'Ouest Américain" de Salaün / Revamerica)

On commence par un accueil désastreux. Puis nous découvrons l'hôtel le plus sale que nous n'avons jamais vu pendant nos différents voyages : draps et couettes tachés, cheveux dans le lavabo, trace d'excréments près des WC, chaise de bureau cassée et pour finir des odeurs nauséabondes. Nous avons décidé de rendre les clefs et de prendre un autre hôtel malgré la réservation ! Bien évidemment, pas de remboursement et un Monsieur à l'accueil qui n'en a rien à faire.... Nous étions dans un groupe de 50 personnes, et tout le monde a pris cette même décision! Fuyez absolument d'autant que le quartier est plutôt mal famé.

hôtel miteux, sale et mal fréquenté. Pas d eau chaude... À fuir... Personnel non accueillant. Piscine dans un état lamentable tout comme les chambres. De nombreuses tâches dans la chambre. Un fauteuil cassé pouvant être dangereux.

Avons passé une nuit, nous étions tout un groupe. Dans plusieurs chambres, les lits étaient faits, mais surprise en ouvrant, les draps n avaient pas été changés... avons dû le signaler à la réception qui nous a donné des draps pour que nous puissions faire nos lits nous même. inadmissible, surtout que la chambre avait été "refaite". Est ce une habitude de fermer le lit sur des draps sales ??? Et ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner....NUL

Pulled in and the entire parking lot was being ransacked. A unit of probably 20 guys were smashing windows, stealing belongings inside, and actually taking apart the cars for parts. The front lobby of the motel was locked - we had to check in through a tiny little window. For obvious reasons, we didn't want to leave our car in the lot as every other car was getting destroyed. We begged and pleaded for a refund as we obviously couldn't stay there while there was a major active crime scene happening throughout the entirely of the parking lot but the extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist wouldn't budge on helping us at all. We talked to a few cops a few blocks away that said that's how this place always is and they would never stay there. This place was a real life nightmare. Do not give them your money.
