After returning from the Redwood Park, I found that the time I booked was wrong. I asked the front desk to help me modify it, but they told me that I needed to apply for it from a third party. I was very tired at the time and didn’t want to go through the trouble. I immediately placed another order for the same day, thinking that I could cancel it the next day. I thought it should be okay. As a result, I applied twice, but Ctrip replied that the hotel did not agree to cancel it. This service is not very friendly. I will not stay in Hampton brand hotels in the future.

I passed by this city during my trip. When choosing a hotel, I saw Hilton. I trusted Hilton, so I chose it. Overall, it was OK. It was the level and grade of a normal Hilton. I stayed there as a motel, but it was not enjoyable.

The hotel is so close to so many great areas to shop and eat! I was extremely appreciative of the front desk staff and my room was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was also very big! Since I was staying by myself I had so much room for myself! I loved how everything worked very well in the room and appreciated the convenience!
