The address for the exam is very close to the 16th Middle School. I have set the underground bed room. Although it is cold, the room is super warm and you can wear very thin clothes to sleep. There are delicious spicy hot and convenient small supermarkets nearby (the spicy hot shop is delicious). There is also a printing agency next to the hotel. Printing materials into the exam room can be printed early. The people in the hotel are really good ～ The photos are not taken, so they won’t put them up. The indoor environment is OK. Those who have come to take the 16th Middle School exam can refer to this one.

GGuest UserVery cost-effective, a farmhouse with a large forest. The snow in the forest is very thick, and we saw wild roe deer. The food is delicious and affordable. The room is hot enough, and the kang is heated every day. The room facilities are definitely not as good as resort hotels. , but the main focus here is a down-to-earth atmosphere. The boss will help book rafting and hot springs, and pick up and deliver them by car, saving money and trouble.

GGuest UserI chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

GGuest UserWonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place:
- amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet);
- super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible);
- free airport shuttle service;
- amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast)
- awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc.
- they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests.
All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat.
Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Wanda Sheraton from 1/2 to 1/4. I wasn’t looking forward to it because I didn’t book a garden view room. But unexpectedly, the mountain view room was also very good. Moreover, I didn’t expect the Sheraton’s hardware facilities to be very good. I stayed there for two nights. I feel very good and will stay here next time. Special thanks to Xiao Hui from the concierge. The service was very considerate and the guy was very kind. I was very satisfied with the driver and attractions he introduced. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip. 😃

DDiaoluodeyudiEnvironmental hygiene: The bedding is very soft, two kinds of pillows are prepared, and the room is also very clean. You can see the mountains in the distance from the window, and there are forests around. The red leaves in autumn are very beautiful, and we picked up a lot of them.
Service: The front desk staff checked in very smoothly and patiently explained how to apply and how to claim the benefits. Maybe it was because of October 1st, there were a lot of people in the hot spring. The service in the restaurant is also very good, and there are pancakes, noodles, snacks and fruits.
Supporting facilities: There is a children's playground in the hotel, as well as a swimming pool and a sand pool. Ann Lv, a staff member of the health and fitness center, provided particularly good service and folded balloon toys for the children by hand. She also gave us some bookmarks that can be used to clip leaf specimens.
There is a carousel outdoors. Overall, it is a good parent-child hotel. Suitable for children to play.

The proprietress is also generous and neat, and the house is decorated with taste, showing the dual pursuit of hygiene and accommodation! The only thing is that people with a height of 183 cm need to blow their heads to wash in the toilet, but there is enough hot water, which is very suitable for babies to warm up, and the height problem is not a big deal. Eekaterina.lMe and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.
