It is a very comfortable B&B, about 8-10 minutes walk from the pier, but it is very quiet and clean, and the network is very good. The owner has a few cats. The second floor is a public area, but I don't have time to sit there. The only problem is that there is only a small window on the first floor where we live, and the air convection is a bit poor. It is still recommended

The room is also OK, you need to open the window to ventilate; The address of Grab taxi is not easy to confirm, you can locate Maybank, which is next door, or a landmark that is closer on the map; I live on the third floor, and I can see the mosque. There are prayers every once in a while, and the windows can be closed for soundproofing; It's about 20 minutes to walk from the island hopping pier; Although there is no breakfast, the lobby provides some coffee, bread and juice. There is a food court next door, which is very convenient for brunch. It closes at 5 o'clock. The restaurants here close quite early, and the restaurants near the pier close later.

The weather is basically not raining, the people are not mixed, the waiters do not disturb, unlike the two next to the day trips, there are many tourists, the hotel guests are actually affected. Utk stakat tidur, family room dgn harga mmg worth it..murah, ada 1 katil queen & double decker single bed..cuma lantai xbersih ada habuk & almari pun npk berhabuk..kena rajin sapu & mop..pagi2 bising sbb ada org tgh baiki pintu..i suggest klu ada kerja2 pembaikan tu buat time housekeeping (11 am - 2.00 pm) sbb pagi2 mo sambung tidur balik xdpt..bising yg teramat..

It's a good hotel. My child is in school in the town. I stayed there for 7 nights. It's a little distance from the pier, about 10 minutes. The owner can speak Chinese. You can make instant noodles and heat food in the lobby lounge. The hotel's hygiene is OK, compared to this area. There are places to eat around, restaurants opened by Hong Kong people and Western restaurants, which is convenient.

Nothing beats this location if you’re visiting Semporna. The easiness of going straight to your room after a whole day of soaking in the sea. Got a seaview of 4th floor which is nice. Slept soundly at night, no problem with noises. Elevator was a bit small but not a problem. Standard hotel room and bath, nothing impressive. Staff helped with airport transfer. All in all will stay here again.
