The hotel room is the same as advertising. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The price is affordable. Service is also really good. The hotel receptionist is really friendly and the staff is also helpful. They always provide you with the help you need and will assist you the best way they can. This hotel is located at a strategic location that provides you with a bunch of restaurants and also a mini mart nearby. I had such a great time staying here and will stay here again in the future.

stay for a night here (twin room- seaview). the room was great. except for the iron & the board, u hve to ask them to deliver it to ur room (they delivered it within 5mins ;)).
the breakfast was great too eventho its not very variety however the taste is good. the staff also nice.
oh! they have rooftop restaurant & bar as well! the ambience were nice, the staff also very friendly! however their foods wasnt tht flavorful. i ordered nasi rendang daging, aglio olio, crispy cc, grilled cc and it tastes so bland & least favorite was cheesy nachos hmmmmm:/ however it can be improved ;)
i hv a great stay anyway. would ill be stayin here again? yes. would i like to go for their foood (rooftop restaurant) nope :/ but for chill absolutely yes.

This hotel is clean and situated in a great location. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room is spacious. The bed sheet and pillow cover are spotless clean and smell good. The toilet is decent with hot shower. Still, there are water marks on the toilet wall that are still acceptable. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There are convenience stores and ATMs in the vicinity. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is a bit old fashion, clean but can be improved.
I had to request to use the iron & hair dryer from housekeeping
The mineral water provided has expired though . Same goes for the soap and shampoo 😅

The room was pretty big and the lack of window wasn't a problem. There could have been a few more amenities. There was tea/coffee/hot water in the lobby, but not in the room. The bed was comfortable. The air con and shower worked well. My only complaint is that there are swallows nesting nearby and they twittered incessantly.

The location is good and not far from the county town. The hotel is clean and spacious. It is quiet at night. The boss is very nice and handsome. He will drive us to the county town. My sister and I met two very nice girls at the B&B. The four of us We eat, drink and have fun together. The boss is also a diving enthusiast. On our first day of island hopping, he went diving with us and took a lot of photos for us underwater. The only regret is that it was cloudy every day for four days and I look forward to our next trip to Semporna (in the end One is the boss)

Crystal Water House, sitting on the charming jelly sea, has a clean and hygienic environment. The water house rooms are beautifully decorated, and the blue sea and sky can be seen through the windows, making people feel like they are in a dream world. Here, you can also snorkel for free and experience the beauty of the underwater world. The owner of the water house is hospitable and attentive, and will also provide professional snorkeling guidance. Although my partner and I were injured during the trip because we are not good at water, the owner of the water house thoughtfully bandaged our wounds and treated them properly. All in all, this is a very good place worth recommending.

First of all, let me talk about the conclusion. It is still worth recommending.
Reasons: 1. The room is very new, a large capsule-style room, new facilities, smart toilet, air conditioning is also very quiet, and the space is basically enough. The room is built on a cement column more than 1 meter high, and the room is dry.
2. There are currently 11 rooms with intervals between each other. They do not interfere with each other and are very quiet. If you are disturbed, it is the sound of small animals climbing on the roof or raindrops. It feels pretty good.
3. It is 15 minutes away from the town or the pier without traffic jams, and 25 minutes with traffic jams. Between 8 am and 8 pm, free pick-up and drop-off are available at any time, and the time is almost the same. If there is more deviation, 50 Malaysian ringgits will be charged each time, but it is safe and the vehicle is in good condition, so it is worth it.
4. The restaurant can arrange for the processing of seafood, and the vehicle will be sent to buy, then picked up, and then processed. The taste of the seafood is very good, not worse than the pier restaurant. The processing fee is also transparent and fair.
5. I felt unwell one day, and I arranged a vehicle to take me to buy medicine in time. I came back and made a vegetable noodle soup with eggs as required. It was very comfortable to eat. Although it was a little expensive, I was grateful. See the attached picture 55 Malaysian ringgit.
6. I feel that the hotel is a group hotel, which is quite powerful. The restaurant is very large and equipped with five vans. I heard that there are more and bigger plans in the future. There are also many service staff and their attitude is also good.
Here are some of the shortcomings I encountered:
1. The hotel confirmed the order by email, and the name and date were sent incorrectly. I contacted by email twice later, but no one responded. At present, the Malaysian customs is friendly to Chinese people and has not checked.
2. You need to contact in advance for airport pick-up. Please remind me in the reply email and clearly provide contact information, preferably WeChat account.
3. Set a fixed WeChat number for the service butler. There are five butlers in the service group. I really don’t know who to contact if there is a problem.
4. The bath towels were changed twice during the five-day stay. During the period, I asked to clean the floor, but it was never cleaned.
5. During the period, there was one time when a vehicle was needed to pick up the car, and the waiting time was as long as 70 minutes. During the period, the reason was not informed in time. I stood at the door of KFC for 50 minutes. If I had informed you in time, I could have taken a rest nearby.
6. The hotel is still a little far from the pier and town, but the shuttle service compensates for it. However, the price is still slightly high, the price is the same as the Sheraton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the cost performance is not very good.

I recently had the opportunity to experience a Palm Manor Hotel on a mysterious island in Malaysia, and I must say that it was an enjoyable trip beyond imagination.
The hotel is located in a lush palm forest, like a paradise. From the moment I arrived, I was deeply attracted by the tranquility and beauty of the place. The swaying palm trees add a unique tropical atmosphere to the entire estate.
The service of the hotel is first-class. The staff are very friendly and professional, whether it is the reception at the front desk or the waiters in the restaurant, they all make people feel at home. They always greet every guest with a smile, patiently answer questions, and try their best to meet our needs.
The design of the room is also very exquisite and comfortable. The room I stayed in has a spacious and bright room, and looking out of the window, you can see the beautiful view of the island. The bedding and toiletries are very high-end, which makes people feel very comfortable and relaxed.
In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very rich. There is a beautiful swimming pool, a comfortable SPA center, a well-equipped gym, and a restaurant with a variety of cuisines. My favorite is the beach of the hotel, where the sand is fine and the water is clear, which is a great place to relax.
Finally, I must mention the hotel's food. The restaurant's dishes are not only varied, but each one is carefully prepared and tastes great. I tried local specialties and international cuisine, and every meal made me feel very satisfied.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at the Palm Manor Hotel. It not only has beautiful scenery, comfortable environment, first-class service, but also rich and diverse activities and food. BBeng HockThe staff are always smiling, friendly, warm and courteous. They fulfilled our desire to do snorkeling twice in the morning and the night during our 2 day one-night stay. The host Joanne even showed us how the indigenous tribe that lives there and their way of living in stilt houses by shallow were amazing. Children as young as 7 years old have started to paddle a boat which they have handmade and repaired as well. The interior is fantastic with a bright yellow couch and a breezy balcony that is perfect for lazing around. The water is crystal clear and at night, it lights up into a lovely fairyland. The karaoke music is fun. They cooked live seafood and we loved it! The food is tasty and plentiful.
For $570, we stay in a beautiful water house, go snorkeling twice, free airport pick, free ferry to Larapan village and back to Tauwa Jetty, free meals from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea time is worth it. Plus the bonus of taking photos on a glass boat was a remarkable memory
PLEASE TAKE NOTE FERRY BOARDING AT KJETTY TO LARAPAN is 2pm , so please book a flight to make it for the transport to go to the ferry from airport that takes an hour.

**Environment:**
The resort is so amazing that I wish I could keep it a secret rather than share it with you. Located in the middle of the sea, with no other structures around, you can easily enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and the starry sky every day. During the daytime, you can participate in various water sports, and if you're lucky, you might spot a sea turtle at night.
**Food:**
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included when you book the hotel, so there’s no need to worry about meals. The resort offers seafood and local cuisine daily. Please note: Visitors should bring their own snacks and drinks before boarding the resort, as it only provides water, coffee, and tea.
**Facilities & Service:**
All the staff here will treat you kindly, even if there might be a language barrier (English is spoken here!). If you're afraid of swimming, the staff will accompany you while you're in the sea (life jackets are provided in each room). Each room also has a balcony with a lounge chair where you can relax, grab a beer, and do nothing but enjoy the soothing sea breeze.
You may not want to stay in the middle of nowhere like I did to escape from modern civilization, but I truly recommend staying at the resort for at least 2 nights. You'll definitely feel completely recharged!
Finally, I want to say that the view is so astonishing that I can hardly describe it with my limited English. You must visit this place yourself.

Location: Very Good. This place is located in Kubota Square, which is a new matured township in Tawau. Everything is within walking distance i.e. restaurants, banks, laundry, convenience store etc. This place is about 15Min drive from Tawau town. Room Cleanliness: Very Clean. Room Amenities: Simple Room Size: Very Small Parking: Plenty Ease in Check-in / Check-Out: Yes Value Added: The allowed us to checkout late by 1pm, instead of the usual 12pm. Remarks: Checkout the lift. It's unique and safe. We stayed in Room 101 which supposedly comes with a balcony. Well, it's not really a balcony, it's a sidewalk with no privacy. Smoking is allowed here. Overall, this place is OK.

AAnonymous UserI don’t recommend choosing this hotel, the location is too remote. It is about 800 meters away from the lively area of the town and far away from convenience stores, laundries and restaurants, which is very inconvenient. Most dive shops are at the pier, about 1.2km away. It's not very far to walk there, but there are no sidewalks on the road and there are a lot of cars, so you have to walk in the mud next to the road, which makes it very dirty. There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the road.
The store has a car delivered to the pier every day, but the time and location are fixed. The dive shop I chose is not at the pier, so I didn't use it. I have seen several other hotels with similar prices before, some of which are more conveniently located and have in-room toilets.
The bathroom and toilet are shared and it is not convenient to go to the toilet at night. The toilet is quite dirty. The dirt on the toilet seat is so serious that it cannot be wiped off with paper towels. At the same time, there are many mosquitoes when going to the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is also very low, and there is no cold water if there are other people taking a shower nearby.
There is only one bed in the room and no other facilities. The hygiene situation is okay and the bed is relatively clean. There is a small balcony, but the balcony door is broken and cannot be opened. The only thing worth mentioning is that the bed is very comfortable, it seems to be a latex mattress.
In addition, my room was close to the outside and the window faced the road. People passing by the bus can see directly inside, and the noise is very loud. Every night I wear noise-canceling headphones to fall asleep.

Jjohn12193 bedrooms are available, 4 double beds and 1 single bed; can accommodate 7 people, the air conditioner and water heater are normal, the front desk will give you the air conditioner when you check in (deposit 100), and it will be refunded when you check out. Downstairs is the restaurant, and there are resident singers at night (until around 11 p.m.), which is a bit noisy. The microwave, oven, and water dispenser in the room can be used; the Gree air conditioner is very powerful? Will not feel hot. Yantai is very big, you can directly see the scenery downstairs, don't smoke in the room, you can smoke in Yantai. Fat Ma's seafood is so-so. It takes a few minutes to walk to Nanhai Fishing Village, where the price is very high. There will be a queue at mealtime. Note: the door of the hotel apartment is on the right side of Zhan Quanji by the sea. There are a bunch of children at the door who will help you carry things and ask for tips. Unless you really can’t carry them, don’t give a penny, because there will be a bunch of people around. In addition, the possibility of late check-out is not high.

TThe ImpregnableThis hotel is clean and situated in a great location. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room is spacious. The bed sheet and pillow cover are spotless clean and smell good. The toilet is decent with hot shower. Still, there are water marks on the toilet wall that are still acceptable. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There are convenience stores and ATMs in the vicinity. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

GGuest UserAlmost completed my 6N5D trip with my family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We had a great hospitality from the diving coaches but feel a great pity that the resort mgmt has wasted a great jewel and have not lived up to its luxurious potentials (maybe due to COVID and the resort had to furlough majority of the staff for over 5 months within the last 2 years and it has yet to recover). First, I was impressed with the photos seen on social media and decided to book this (supposed to be the BEST and most expensive resort near Sipadan) First, the jetty transfer in Semporna was smooth but there were plastic trash all over. If the company wants to portray a good image for international tourists, probably should first clean them up? Once arrived at Kapalai, the welcoming process was subpar. There was no receptionist welcoming us, and we were a bit lost. Since it is lunch time, we just straight dive into buffet lunch. Then, a staff clumsily come to offer a glass of diluted sugary orange juice and we were left there. After almost 1.5 hours, we were reached out by diving coaches about our program (the adults were taking advanced PADI open water, and the kids were taking junior PADI open water) Once we checked into the room, overall “hardware” appears nice, but after staying for 6 days some basic problems surface 1) No intercom/phone in the room - since we are at the far corner of the resort and it takes 10mins to walk to lobby, we sometimes need to call buggies. But we were only given a local phone number to call, and the mobile/cell reception is bad here 2) No proper shampoo and conditioner - for my ladies who have long hair, assuming this luxurious should have this basic provided but they don’t 3) Broken chair in the balcony and water dripping out from air condition unit In term of food at the restaurant, it was ok-ish but there are so many opportunities to let the tourists spent more. No wine, no ice cream and no a la cart ordering. The local store has limited daily necessities and it is essential to well prepared before coming. Lastly, for this type of resort, you will see the general manager walking around to ensure all are good in place. I have not seen it over 6 days and the receptionists all seems junior and lack of international experience/exposure to hosting well travel international guests. In term of diving experience, I can feel that the diving coaches and staff have done everything they can to put on a smiley face. My teenager girls have a GREAT experience on their junior open water (OW) experience (with Linda Ho, thank you!) but less so on the advanced open water. (AOW). I feel a bit rush on the AOW but don’t feel the knowledge has sunk in and that is a real pity. Something to be improved. Many of us really want to learn, rather than just get the AOW license in order to dive in Sipadan (need at least AOW to dive there). Service: The hotel's arrangements are in place and they can help you solve any problems you have. We booked a charter boat for snorkeling for two people. The instructor is also very professional and will dive to the bottom of the sea to help you catch the fish from the bottom of the sea.
Facilities: As soon as I entered the room, I couldn't wait to experience the slide. At first, I was worried that I would sink into the sea if I slid down. There are life jackets at the front desk, so there is no need to worry.
Free dinner: The dishes are very rich, the chicken is very tender, the crabs are also very fresh, there is crab roe in it, you can’t get enough of the shrimps

GGuest UserBooked this Inn2 because I couldn’t see any commitments on Sipadan Inn 3 or 1. It was okay for overnight. The first time I stayed there, it was a normal small room with window facing the street. However, when I checked in again a week later I got a room in the middle without window, even though I booked the same queen room. The location is not great, Inn 3 and 1 are at better spots in the small seafront town, easier to reach than Inn 2. Among the three, Inn 3 is the newest and, after a visit, I noticed it has better rooms with better facilities. Had WiFi in room at Inn 2, the bed was very basic and sheets not crispy clean, the shower was okay as well as the air conditioning. Semporna is a tiny town with most places within walking distance, though the narrow, car-lined streets are not that clean or tidy to walk through, especially if you carry luggage. From what I heard from other travelers, very basic facilities wherever you stay, so lower your expectations then probably all good.
