Nice place to stay with your friends.. No need aircond coz its coldddd so be prepared to bring extra blanket or wear jackets during the night. There is also shared kitchen for u to cook.

I am satisfied. The staff is also very friendly. Amenities are all available and delivered directly to the room. Close to the mall so it's easy to find food. Overall is ok.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Good view but for view Mount Kinabalu can see cause our room facing Kundasang. No place also to view Mount Kinabalu because blocked by hills.

Great location. Only 1 very bad point. I stayed in the 3 Rd floor. While floor full of smoking fumes and Angel. It was very bad. The fine of rm100 won't stop these china tourists from. Smoking.skap them with a 1000 fines. The location is good. Food everywhere. The size of the room is pretty good but the tv channels are very boring. I will book the same location again when ì am visiting api. Thank you hotel.

I booked on Trip.com and confirmed and I had made the payment online, while I went for check-in at the hotel I were told that it was overbooked, no more room for me, so I actually not stayed so I rated average only, thank you.

DeGalleria was ideal for what I needed as a solo traveller. The room was very clean, lovely staff, good airconditioning and excellent wifi. Fantastic location. Only downside was no hot water and no window in the room.

I like the location of the hotel very strategic. Near malls, food & and convenient stores which every turn you go however I was disappointed with the check in service. It says 2pm check in but by the time I was there it wasn't ready yet. I have to wait 30 minutes more 😒 I hope the hotel staff follow up with the housekeeping so other travellers won't experience the same situation as I am.

The price is very cheap. I booked a triple room for about ntd 1500 a night.. Neat and clean small hostel, the bed is good to sleep.. Very close to the sightseeing pier, there are shopping malls nearby, although there is no luxury and comfort of star-rated hotels, it is a worthwhile cost-effective choice for backpacking travel. Disadvantages: There is no elevator to carry your luggage to the 2nd floor. There is no toothbrush and hair dryer in the room.. The air conditioner is not strong during the day, and it becomes very cold at night..
