Check in time is 2pm but we were able to checkin at 10AM!!! Thankful to this as we’ve arrived around 4am. Parking attendant was superb. Was able to nap at their parking. Also, this is located in the HW

It still has the ambiance of Holiday Inn which is very good. Nice city view from our room. Clean and quality bed sheets and duvet. Highly recommended!

It my no longer the same holiday inn, yet the bond and the ambience was still there. I hope to visit this hotel again soon and still be able to meet the faces that I met here last year.

I can't help but compare to the old Holiday Inn. The place feels gloomy. It's not very lively at all. You will certainly notice the lack of maintenance and lack of customers. The positives: The staff are very friendly. Decent selection for breakfast. Still has the comforts in the room from Holiday Inn. Highly recommend their High Tea for 299+ from 2pm to 5pm. Great food and value for money!

Very nice hotel。 But, It would be better if there is more pork for breakfast buffet, as my parent and me is non-beef.

The staff ate very courteous. The room is clean. The food in the breakfast buffet is superb. I would like to come back again next vacation

Friendly staff. Very good location. The place is near Burnham park, but with no heavy traffic unlike other streets.

Everything was okay except for the difficulty in contacting the hotel. This is quite important especially in emergency situations.

Our stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.

The staffs are so accomodating. The resort naman is nice and clean.. and i will definitely visit again. The kids really enjoyed our stay. Mejo maalon lang kaya d maxado nkapagswimming ng matagal. Sarap sna mag snorkling kaso maalon nabubugaw mga fish and mejo mabato. Wala din signal pero ok lang nmnnkase mas makakpagbonding ang family but u can go at their lobby if u need a wifi naman.

The facilities are older than the photos, the breakfast is worse than a 3-star, the basics are not good, and for those who do not smoke Take a picture and claim that you smoked, and you will be fined 1,000 pesos for losing your room key, facility service, etc. This is a basic hotel. It is a hotel that I do not want to come back to.

Baguio is about the same here. It's ok for a night's sleep. low water pressure

The floor of the room is dirty and I have to change the room. Really a 4-star hotel? After check-in, you can see the roof of the 2nd floor from the window on the 3rd floor. I made a reservation on Trip.com.
