The overall service was truly excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Every request I made was handled promptly and with care, which I deeply appreciated. One highlight was how they surprised my mom for her birthday — a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more special for our family.
The only downside was the therapist they arranged for my mom. Unfortunately, she seemed distracted during the massage, frequently using her phone, which affected the quality of the service. Despite this minor issue, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time overall.

The location was great for those who loved quiet and not crowded vibes. Affordable. Clean and spacious lobby and buffet area. Our room view was excellent
The pool was small for a big hotel. Gym facilities were average. Some staffs and hotel personnel were not friendly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs repairing, too noisy.

Front desk - approachable during check-in. But after that, when we gave feedback that the housekeeping didn't do well and needed to improve the following day, nothing happened. We observed that the front desk staff just listened to reply, not to understand the concern. Need to train staff more on the listening to understand part.
Housekeeping - totally sucks! It was like a 2 min-cleaning, and that was it. Beds were not done well, as if someone just laid down into it. No refill of shampoo, bath gel, towel replacement just left on top of the chair, no sweeping or vacuuming of floor has been done. The worst part - loose hair strands were still left inside the toilet and bath tub. Living area and ta less are still dirty as my husband did a test - he left intentionally a dirt on the floor and table to see whether the housekeeping staff will clean it.. and viola!! NO NO NO! Requires massive training the cleanliness, please!!
Breakfast buffet - on an average scale. Good for locals as there were decent options to choose from. But not ready for Western guests, very limited option. The worst part was - NO BUTTER was available on our last day. Hahaha! How can a restaurant run out of butter?? The Chef needs to pay more attention on 2 thinsg: 1)Quality and availability of food to serve the guests and 2)Efficiency of Operations - a lot of staff running around and yet still a lot of empty food containers need to top up. Well, I saw the Chef hanging around with her colleagues instead of visiting to check if the buffet is alright. Requires to pull up the standard, not there yet.

Great accommodation and great food. Not satisfied with Front Office service. Key card was not working upon checkin, that was supposed to be ready and working bfore the guests arrived right? And we haven’t tried the pool bcause it was raining that day and on the next day they didn’t allowed us to use it as they put chlorine to clean it and that took more than 3hrs so no chance of using it as it was checkout time already😕

The worst hotel we stay so far. The room we stay the toilet smells so bad the sink is clogged knowing this is only 1 year old hotel and we don’t have privacy to let the curtains open because there’s another building in front. We pay 5700 pesos for 2 days with breakfast we never eat breakfast not worth it.. Security guards are more friendly than the staff. Also we have missing item. Location not that bad.

Hotel has a great location, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean and generally comfortable, though there was a persistent odor in the bathroom that was difficult to ignore. Breakfast options were quite limited and could use more variety. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few improvements would make a big difference.

Our stay was great! It's not walking distance to the tourist spots but all of them are within the area and hailing a taxi is not a problem at all. We also prefer not to walk 😅 But if preferred, it's possible as everything is near the area!
We tried their heated pool while it rained, and we really enjoyed it! Such an experience with a cold weather in Baguio!
The breakfast buffet is awesome! We love everything and their menu differs per day! The original flavor taho, strawberry and ube are such a delight! I think the only missing is cereals. First time to eat strawberry champorado! 😁
At first I was hesitant if the room will have a fast wifi for me to work. Viola! The room as a router! I was able to work with ease! We love the smart TV -- you only need to sign in your own Netflix account. We love our room view. We don't have to go to SM to see the Baguio city lights.. we already have it in the room. We have a balcony overseeing the pool area as well! We so love our room! 😍 Only thing is maybe they should add another desk or longer desk. The TV is already in the table and there is no separate desk for laptop or if you are having snacks/dinner. We asked, but they don't have a spare table. I think they can also add another chair since the room is good for two. There's only one chair in the room but when we requested for it, they were able to provide.
Our room also allowed us to feel the breeze of Baguio! We can turn-off the AC and open the windows protected by mosquito net! I was just amazed with this feature!
We truly appreciate their prompt service whenever we call the reception. We don't need to call for follow-up! We love them!
We love that there is a bathtub and hoping they can also provide bath robes for a perfect bath! 🙏
Truly, we love to be back to SotoGrande whenever in Baguio! 🫶 Thank you SotoGrande for an awesome experience!
