The location was beautiful and the historical houses are worth the visit, but the service is quite disappointing. Check in was scheduled for 3pm, but we had to watch them clean the casa (with 6 separately locked rooms, each with a washroom) until after 4 pm. The keycards to our separate rooms were not given to us until around 8pm. There were no bath towels to half the rooms, and some never came. At least two of the six toilets clogged that evening. The service at the two restaurants were equally unsatisfactory. We waited an hour and a half for our meal at one, and the other took four different servers to get us a refill for our water and other drinks. I would might go back for day trips but I do not recommend overnight stays.

Las Casas de Acuzar is simply excellent! The ambiance is delightful, and the service is top-notch. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall atmosphere make it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend visiting for a truly enjoyable experience!

Luv it.enjoed the view and beach.too pricey but it's ok.good for relaxation.will come again next week.needs transportation for guests that needs it.

Very nice customer service. Hassle free stay and staffs are very nice and kind. Delicious food and beach front. Free aiport transfer, snack and other special arrangements.
