Einfach nur super nettes Personal, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das macht die tolle Lage und das Personal wett. Das Essen war gut. Es gibt einen Billardraum. Einen Pool und einen Wasserfall. Bei Regen hatte ich einen Blutegel zwischen den Zehen, den mir der Chef persönlich entfernt hat. Das war eine besondere Erfahrung

What an amazing place to stay, when you look out across the mountain tops you will fall in love, this coupled with the amazing food and staff, what a place. The evening meal was excellent and served overlooking miles and miles of wondrous views. Breakfast was perfect, the omelette was delicious. Would definitely recommend a stay here and very close to Lipton’s Seat.

Eine wunderschöne Lage und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter haben uns auf einer Rundreise für einen Tag verwöhnt. Wir wären gern etwas länger geblieben. Das Essen war landestypisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet- sehr schmackhaft.Die Aussicht ist sicherlich grandios- leider hatten wir Nebel.

We visited the Melheim Resort as part of our trip to Sri Lanka. We only stayed here one night, but enjoyed it to the fullest! Although the room had no Airconditioning, the fan that is present was more than enough to have a good night rest. Thanks a lot!

"I went there with my family. It's a real holidaymaker's hotel—a very calm and quiet place, where you'll hear only the sounds of birds, especially in the morning when you wake up. The pool has heaters, and the food, service, and staff are excellent. They are very attentive and well-organized, especially upon arrival. You'll receive a warm welcome from "SRI" at the reception and a warm cup of tea with "kithul hakuru" as a welcome drink. Sanjeewa, the restaurant supervisor, was a really nice person. Overall, my experience was great. I can recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be back."

Melheim gave us the best ever experience in Sri Lankan hotels. Wonderful location with incredible views. Can have a perfect vacation there with nature. Staff was so friendly & took care of everything throughout our stay. Hospitality is in next level. Food was so delicious. Worth staying at Melheim.

Das Resort ist das beste, was wir bisher in Sri Lanka besucht haben. Vom Ckeck-In bis Check-Out war alles perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer überzeugt mit Stil und erstklassiger Sauberkeit. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Essen war der absolute Hammer, sehr lecker. Selbst eine spontane Massage am Abend konnte organisiert werden. In diesem Resort bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt.

Melhiem Resort & Spa - Beragala, a must visit property. Our family stayed at Melheim for 02 nights and we were glad we selected this resort. The location was fantastic. It has a lovely view and is extremely serene and peaceful. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and most importantly had everything you needed. The food was delicious and had variety. Andrew - Group GM (with so much of energy), and his staff – Sureka, Shri, Manager (I think Attanayake), Stewards, F& B staff, Room service, housing keeping security officials were very courteous, pleasant, and always ready to help and very positive I must say. Has a superb Lobby / recreational area and they even helped/ did décor for my sister’s 50th Birthday and they made sure to make it a memorable celebration. The cake made by Chef Priyantha was fantastic. Melheim resort and Spa is highly recommended. Would come back to Melheim again, as it made our holiday with family extra special. - Angela Udawela

We sadly only stayed for one night as part of a whistle stop tour but this stay truly the most magical of them all. Andrew and his team were exceptionally hospitable and always on hand to answer any request. The scenery is quite extraordinary set in the hillside overlooking the jungle and you really feel at one with the surroundings. The food is excellent and also had to be some of the best hotel food we had! A truly special place and well worth a visit to anyone visiting Sri Lanka!
