We had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled in the mountains. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere was calm and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was warm and attentive. A great spot for anyone looking to unwind in nature!

From the moment we arrived the staff was very helpful and made the stay even more comfortable. Food was excellent. The spread was small but everything they had was amazing! If you’re a lover of mountains, cold weather, this might be the place for you to come for a cozy holiday! Will definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! The staff was extremely accommodating and I had a lovely time. The mine treck around the hotel is a must but go prepared with water etc.

Unpretentious but very spacious rooms with a stunning view! The staff is very friendly, helpful and quick. The food is also very good, and there again a breathtaking view from the restaurant. The only thing missing is an espresso machine. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel may be good or best. I have no idea. But the management is very very bad. Double check or better Triple check your bookings before you go there. Otherwise you can find yourselves on the road again . Our bookings completed 2 weeks ago and we have checked 2 days before and again on arrival day( 11th July 2025) in advance. All was ok. However, they told our booking was made in Kalpitiya Melheim instead Haputale...It was totaly their mistake and they accepted. But the result does not changed. They made a mistake but we paid instead. BE CAREFUL FOR MELHEİM . I AM WRITING THIS WARNING TO ALL TRAVELLERS WİSHES TO STAY THERE. Melheim Manager and reception even does not apoligized from us instead they were laughing while we were leaving the hotel.
