Would definitely recommend this hotel. The cottage was lovely and clean with a fridge and kettle. It’s worth noting that there’s no aircon, so it was warm at night but there is a fan. The balcony has a great view & beanbags to sit on. The staff were incredible, they were always available through whatsapp and provided transport to the main town for a small fee. The breakfast was lovely with fruit, pancakes and a choice of eggs. Couldn’t fault this hotel, would definitely return.

Ideal location, close to the city but not too close to hear music/loud noises. Perfect and convenient tuk tuk service arranged via what’s app the staff. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, super friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable given it was our first time in SL. They had plenty of suggestions of places to go and things to do. A beautiful cottage. I can’t recommend this place enough and would stay again. Thank you to Eranga & Sanjula for making our holiday special! :) Just a tip though, there are a lot of insects, don’t make the mistake we did and keep lights out some may make their way inside. With lights off everything is fine though

We stayed here for two nights (originally we’d booked to stay at another place write in the centre of Ella but it was terrible so we moved here). I just wish we’d booked here from the start. It was such a lovely place to stay. Whilst it appears a little out of town it isn’t, as you can walk for 10-15 mins into town via the railway line. The rooms are lovely, clean, spacious and the biggest bed we’ve experienced in Sri Lanka so far. There is also a lovely balcony to chill out on. The breakfast was also excellent and the guys running this place are so helpful and friendly too. In addition, they are really close to a new, organic cooking school - Green Grow Cooking Class, we went along for one night and that was brilliant too. So all in all we were really happy with our stay at 3 Arch Eco Cottages and would definitely recommend and return if we happen to be back in Ella,

Just outside the chaos of Ella, surrounded by greenery. Tuk tuk service available to reach the center in a few minutes for a few euros. During the day if you like walking you can also go on foot. The cottage clean and welcoming. The guys were very helpful, we asked if we could bring forward breakfast time and they were very punctual. Advised.

a very relaxing room in the trees a magnificent calm and green setting spacious room and terrace around the room everything necessary available pleasant staff however depending on the location of the room which can be below the reception this can be detrimental for people with mobility problems but the "effort" is quickly rewarded I advise

We got a little disappointed about the view, since it wasnt as good as the pictures. There is a noise road just in front, and a village nearby with a lot of baking dogs, screaming kids ect. So if you want the peace and quite as we wanted, this is not the place. The rooms was nice, breakfast was average. You need a tuk tuk to get downtown.

Visiting Ella for two nights, we were charmed by this hotel and its setting. Attentive staff. 5 minutes by tuk-tuk from the center or 20 minutes on foot. We had dinner there and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel near Ella station nestled in the mountain. Very kind and helpful staff, well furnished and clean rooms. Ella center reachable with 5 minutes by tuk tik. The view from the room is worth the price paid. Advised!
