Il mio voto è 2 per le camere molto scarse (sembrava un hotel da pochi euro a notte) e la pulizia da migliorare, lo standard è davvero basso, le cose positive sono invece il personale molto disponibile, la posizione molto vicina al centro, la colazione sulla terrazza anche se non è a buffet.

Most kind and helpful people. Our stay was unexpectedly cut short due to an error in our planning. We fully expected to have to pay the full amount for our booked dates, however the manager was so kind and allowed us to cancel without paying for our unused nights. We so appreciated how helpful and understanding the staff was.

Clean comfortable room in small hotel very conveniently placed for Ella town and local attractions. Nice balcony to sit out on. Tasty Sri Lankan breakfast - hoppers, roti with curry and fruit. Great value for money
