Beautiful view wherever you go, friendly and accommodating staff, we felt very welcoming. Especially our son. Who had a very good time, in part due to the staff who also liked him a lot.

Hotel in posizione panoramica spettacolare vicino ad Haputale, in un suggestivo paesaggio montano con piantagioni di tè. È lontano dal centro e difficile da raggiungere, con stradina sterrata impervia. Le camere sono belle esteticamente ma la struttura non è ben mantenuta. Il contesto naturale è il suo punto forte.

Plus: * het mooiste uitzicht dat je kunt wensen. * heerlijk rustig als je uit de drukte van Ella komt * het keuze menu is prima * ruime kamers Min: * buffet is matig en wordt niet bijgevuld * prijzen voor eten zijn erg hoog (in verhouding tot andere locaties) * hotel ligt enorm afgelegen dus je kunt niet even ergens anders gaan eten * hygiëne en staat van onderhoud is matig

Les jardins sont magnifiques et la vue est époustouflante. Mais service et maintenance des installations négligés : le personnel est gentil mais ne connaît pas le travail de la restauration et de l’hôtellerie : bière servie tiède, œuf au plat au lieu d’une omelette, petit déjeuner servi en une heure dans le désordre le plus total. Installation pas maintenue : douche défectueuse, pas de ménage de la chambre le jour 2, pas de papier toilette en réserve, seulement 5 transats à la piscine, fontaine qui fuit, balancelles montrées sur le site non installées, etc… nous venons de passer 2 semaines au srilanka dans des hôtels, c’est le moins bon que nous ayons eu. Nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit d’après notre expérience.
