Amazing the staff and the hotel were amazing. I wpuld 100% cone back i especially thought that Madustian was brilliant so friendly and really nice i would come back and especially to see all the members of staff. I left my bag in the resteraunt and he returned it without me havibg to ask. I can be forgetfull sometimes and i really appreciated that

The is hotel place in the quieter place, because the town is very happening, so we choose the quite hotel for the better sleep. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and get the room with the balcony heading the beautiful view.. one of the staff at the restaurant, Lilith is his name.. surprisingly can speak Indonesian language. He is so nice and speak Indonesian with us..

We had a really nice stay here. Nice rooms with great views. A lot of flowers around which gave a really nice botanical experience. Staff was really kind and helpful. Had great guiding from Shantha when he helped us organise the Ella rock hike. Lalith looked after us during breakfast and was really kind. All staff gave such great hospitality.

The location of the hotel is really nice as you can start the walk to little Adam’s peak just behind the hotel. It’s beautiful with all the flowers and the room was also really nice. All the staff was lovely and helped us to stay dry during the rain. Special thanks to Vishan from housekeeping, he is the best! Breakfast was also good, Lalith took great care of us. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in Ella for 2 nights travelling there by train from Numara Elliya. Our room in the new wing has only been open a month but it was large, modern and very comfortable. The balcony overlooked Ella Rock, and was an outstanding view. We climbed Little Adams Peak at dawn which was pretty straightforward and a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were all really friendly and could do no wrong - really excellent service alround. We'd like to mention Milanda and Vishan from housekeeping who helped make our stay so comfortable. We are in the restaurant attached to the hotel as we were in half board. The food was excellent but if you like spicy food you need to tell them otherwise you will get good for those that don't like it. The local G&T was very acceptable. We were looked after extremely well by Lalith and Deshan. Thanks guys 👍 The hotel itself is covered in creepers and flowers and is situated at the far end of Ella - we picked this because it is away from the main area with the crowds and noise! Be aware though that they are still building the new annex and there is some noise during the day. But it's not disruptive and the tradesmen are very conscientious.

Great location - walking distance to Little Adams Peak and Nine Arches bridge. Amazing view from brand new luxury room. Lovely gardens and plants. Nice included breakfast with the same amazing views. Small restaurant with Sri Lankan and western foods. Thanks to Shantha and staff.

I had a massage with the magic hand of Manike, i arrived very tires after 100k bike ride, and she out my legs on order! Thanks a lot Manike what a great job! I will back just to have another massage, the hote is indet construction but it was not annoying
