We had a wonderful stay at 3 Arch Resort (even with constructions going on). The breakfast was a highlight—especially the delicious omelet each morning. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and we loved sitting on the terrace enjoying the beautiful view. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hotel. L’établissement est très joli malgré quelques travaux de rénovation en cours. Les chambres sont confortables, surtout la literie ! Salles de bains très humides dans certaines chambres. Buffet qualitatif et non gargantuesque, pour limiter le gâchis alimentaire, ce que nous apprécions. Extrême gentillesse du personnel, notamment de Sahan, qui s’est montré très accueillant, toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à nous aider pour quoi que ce soit.

I stayed one night at a hotel in Ella on the way to Nine Arch Bridge. The location was good and the view was amazing. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains.The room was clean, cozy, and opened up to a breathtaking mountain view right from the balcony.Room is so attractive. The most special part was the bathroom. It had glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the view while showering. It felt very close to nature and relaxing. The staff were friendly and supportive.I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again...

The views are exceptional, even the bathroom has transparent windows at the top so you can enjoy the breathtaking forest views while showering, the breakfast was really good especially the Sri Lankan pancakes that were stuffed with caramelized coconut and we were lucky to be served by Sahan who was a top tier waiter and told us about Sri Lankan culture. 5 star service

A truly wonderful stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout. This is a very small resort, where there not much thing to enjoy. There is not much natural view surrounding to the resort. But, our stay in this resort was really pleasant just because of their hospitality, especially the restaurant manager SAHAN was really outstanding in providing hospitality services. SAHAN has been very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay in this resort. SAHAN probably the best hospitality service provider, I have ever come across. I really wish him all success in his career.
