I stayed one night at a hotel in Ella on the way to Nine Arch Bridge. The location was good and the view was amazing. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains.The room was clean, cozy, and opened up to a breathtaking mountain view right from the balcony.Room is so attractive. The most special part was the bathroom. It had glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the view while showering. It felt very close to nature and relaxing. The staff were friendly and supportive.I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again...

The views are exceptional, even the bathroom has transparent windows at the top so you can enjoy the breathtaking forest views while showering, the breakfast was really good especially the Sri Lankan pancakes that were stuffed with caramelized coconut and we were lucky to be served by Sahan who was a top tier waiter and told us about Sri Lankan culture. 5 star service

A truly wonderful stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering stunning views and a very much secure environment. Every detail—from the service to the overall quality—exceeded my expectations. This is a very small resort, where there not much thing to enjoy. There is not much natural view surrounding to the resort. But, our stay in this resort was really pleasant just because of their hospitality, especially the restaurant manager SAHAN was really outstanding in providing hospitality services. SAHAN has been very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay in this resort. SAHAN probably the best hospitality service provider, I have ever come across. I really wish him all success in his career.

Agréable soirée en terrasse , avec un bon dîner composé de potage de courge, fried rice et crème glacée . Merci pour l'accueil de l'équipe , le service de Sahan et son sourire qui met en joie . Au plaisir de revenir et de profiter de la vue sur les montagnes de Ella et le monastère.

Near to Ella, very calm cool surrounding are. Nicely design. prefer to anyone who like silence. nice view as well. Will go there again. FYI mostly travelers know only about nine arch bridge. But there are others like 3 arch bridge. should go there

Struttura piccola e basica nell'arredamento ma pulita e confortevole, posizionata nel verde fuori da Ella, raggiungibile con 500 rupie in tuk tuk. Servizio al tavolo per colazione e cena, vario e abbondante. Personale gentile e disponibile.
