Commençons par points positifs : Hôtel bien entretenu, ménage fait tous les jours, piscine propre, chambres remises au goût du jour niveau déco, belle plage à quelques minutes à pied La nourriture est plutôt bonne pour du buffet Le personnel est dans l'ensemble souriant Négatif : Hôtel complètement perdu au milieu de nulle part, heureusement que nous avions prévu une voiture dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport car a priori l'hôtel n'en dispose que de très peu. ATTENTION CE N'EST PAS UN VRAI ALL INCLUSIVE L'hôtel est mélangé à une résidence, c'est assez curieux ce concept.. les chambres sont mal insonorisées, la douche manque d'entretien (joint salles, pommeau défaillant, rideau de douche à l'ancienne..) Aucunes animations française Le soir, elles sont entièrement italiennes dignes d'un spectacle de kermesse avec peu de moyens Le bar ressemble au PMU du coin de la rue, très peu de boissons comprises en tout inclus, inadmissible au vu de la prestation mentionné "tout inclus" et du prix payé. Pas de possibilité de panier repas a emporté pour le midi, le buffet est le même toute la semaine. En résumé : je ne pense pas que la formule tout inclus en Sardaigne soit la bonne option, car à priori c'est similaire sur le peu d'hôtels qui la propose L'hôtel est tout à fait acceptable et rempli les cases de base pour une semaine sans trop d'exigence mais n'est absolument pas un 4 étoiles, mais plutôt un 3 Pensez absolument à louer une voiture car ce pays est vraiment sublime et sans ça votre séjour peut vite tourner au drame, je comprends donc les autres commentaires. Merci tout de même à l'équipe d'animations italiennes qui est pleine de bonne volonté.

Worst experience in the 20 years we've been traveling all-inclusive. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel. Rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Shower is too small. Buffet is the same. Not enough cups for breakfast in the morning, no teaspoons, and coffee machines are often broken. (Not to mention one morning without a tea bag.) Insufficient number of rental cars for the hotel. Be careful, there's nothing you can do if you don't have a car.

Siamo stati in vacanza in questo villaggio per una settimana, bel posto, la spiaggia molto bella, al ristorante cibo buonissimo e camerieri super gentili e disponibili, Direttore molto simpatico disponibile e presente per qualsiasi richiesta. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro

Nonostante non più stagione ma soprattutto la nostra permanenza tra scuola e giorni lavorativi è stato breve ma intenso e indimenticabile ci siamo sentiti a casa per l'accoglienza e la super disponibilità per tutte le nostre richieste... Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere il personale che ci hanno coccolato fino all'ultimo minuto i nostri complimenti a tutti cucina ottima ma un grandissimo merito in reception va a Daniela dolcissima e cordiale e gentilissima,lo staff della cucina fantastico non posso che nominare Costantino, Pietro, Maurizio e Nino ... Speriamo che il prossimo anno riusciamo a venire quando c'è animazione poter entrare al mare e piscina e ci sentiamo di consigliare la struttura perché merita su tutto....

Stay with friends under the sign of disappointments due to a very poor organization. Welcome hotel restaurant cleaning and entertainment team at the top. The 2 incompetents who take care of the excursions ruined our week. Forced to take taxis to visit Sardinia luckily Simon went out of his way to help us. Serena is 1 haughty person who addresses customers like dogs while the other one has no place in this position. The slightest remark she whines. Concerning the free shuttle well we are still waiting for it.

Brochure mentioning a 4* hotel but in reality it is a 2*. No internal telephone in the rooms and no wifi except at reception. No water fountain, you have to take drinking water from the restaurant or bars by the glass. The bars are talking about an all-inclusive package with a limited choice of drinks. Excursions with little or no explanation and some are completely removed. No French channel on TV (e.g. TV5 Monde). At breakfast, there are no teaspoons, glasses for fruit juices or water, cups and you have to ask for butter. At the end of the stay, no more tea bags, we are offered chamomile. No Sardinian evening, even though it was on the program. The entertainment is zero, just 3 aperitif evenings. At the restaurant, the food is okay, which I think is the only positive point of the stay, but the dishes are not always replenished quickly. The room cleaning is nothing to complain about. Having done several tours, stays and cruises with other operators, this was the first and last time with O VOYAGES;

Abbiamo soggiornato la seconda settimana di luglio .. Un villaggio composto da una struttura principale con ristorante, camere e una piccola piscina .. Altra piscina , di dimensioni ragguardevoli, nella zona sportiva , campi da tennis e attrezzata con lettini, ombrelloni e piccolo chiosco bar. Nel resto del villaggio altre unità abitative inserite nella macchia mediterranea . Da qui l’accesso alla spiaggia di Badesi (bellissima) attraverso dei piccoli sentieri pedonali. (Zona spiaggia con ombrelloni , lettini e bar) Servizio bagnìni mare molto scadente. Ristorazione : Colazione continentale sufficiente / da rivedere la colazione italiana . Pranzo e Cena :servizio a buffet con tavolini non assegnati. Antipasti e Primi di qualità discreta , secondi piatti senza dubbio da migliorare qualitativamente . Personale gentile e disponibile.
