Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und Chef. Das Essen inkl. Brunch war ausgezeichnet. Chateaubriand sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr schöner und gepflegter Spabereich. Ungezwungene Athmospäre, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das ist ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel, man merkt überall die Professionalität und die langjährige Tradition. Die Einrichtung ist gut in Schuss, obgleich etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. Abends ist das Restaurant brechend voll, man sollte reservieren und sich auf längere Wartezeiten einstellen. Die eine oder andere Servicekraft ist auch noch nicht lange in der Branche. Das wird auch in der Speisekarte angekündigt, insofern o.k. da Resultat des allgemeinen Fachkräftemangels. Aber: Ein solches Haus sollte auch Botschafter seiner Region sein. Wir hatten eine Weinkarte mit einer Vielzahl offener und lokaler Weine aus dem Markgräfler-Land erwartet und waren etwas enttäuscht. Hier sollte man unbedingt nachbessern. Deswegen gibts auch keine volle Puntkzahl. FAZIT: zu empfehlen
