Very good breakfast, some improvements could be made: more pastries, fresh water.
Average half-board dinner.
Charming staff, very attentive, always ready to help and provide information.
Very good wellness area, just missing some fruit and drinks. Magnificent pool. The Junior Suite is very beautiful with a huge terrace. Good value for money.
Charming electric car charging for hotel guests is a shame because for a 1000 euro stay, it would be a welcome gesture. With the hotel's considerable number of photovoltaic panels, I think charging costs nothing. Exceptionally, I was offered a free charge, and I thank the management. Practically all hotels in the Black Forest offer charging to their guests.

Haben in der Post an meinem Geburtstag mit Freunden einen wunderbaren Abend verbracht. In sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre mit einer Auswahl an sehr gutem Essen. Auf Empfehlung des Chefs haben wir noch einen traumhaften Nachtisch gegessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an das sehr angenehme Servicepersonal.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einladenden Ambiente und sehr freundlichem Personal.
Gefallen haben mir sehr die Regalevund der offene Schrank mit reichlich Plastik-Bügel (hätte auch aus einem anderen Material z.b.Holzvsein können) für Kleid und Hose neben der Dusche in einem seperaten Raum 👍Das Zimmer war gemütlich und im Bett hatten wir j 3 Kissen in verschiedenen Größen.Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich bestückt und man bekam zusätzlich Omelett,. Rührei- und Spiegelei. Es gab verschiedene kleine Brötchen und Crousin und Brot und Toastbrot und Kuchen sehr reichlich.
Tee, normaler Kaffee im Känchen und es gab einen Kaffeeautomaten mit verschiedenen Kaffeevarianten.

Das Hotel ist etwas verwinkelt mit vielen Stufen. Lift vorhanden. Zimmer gut und sauber. Frühstücks Buffet gut und frisch. Abends a la carte,die Küche ist top und der Service sehr freundlich. Grosset Wellnessbereich. Mit Bad, Infrarotkabine,solekabine und mehreren Saunen. Cassiopaia Therme liegt gegenüber vom Hotel.

Hôtel typique allemand de la forêt noire. En plein centre du village. Super spa avec 7 saunas + piscine. Proximité des thermes. Personnels très sympathiques et chambres propres et hôtel calme. Petit déjeuner copieux sucré salé viennoiseries, œuf , pains, fruits … repas du soir de la demi pension très bien.
