Es stimmt einfach alles! Wir waren 8 Tage Gäste im Hotel Schwarzmatt -und es war wie nach Hause kommen! Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die das Schwarzmatt so liebenswert machen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel, der aufmerksame und herzliche Service des gesamten Personals, das hervorragende Essen und ein großzügiger Spa. Dem neuen Hoteldirektor wünschen wir viel Erfolg und es war uns eine Freude Gast im Hotel Schwarzmatt zu sein -wir kommen wieder!

Das Schwarzmatt ist ein unglaublich angenehmes sehr gepflegtes und stilvolles Hotel. Es hat alles, was man sich wünscht (Pool,Sauna ,Bar, Restaurant, Toplage), perfektes Personal. Ein wunderschönen Aussenbereich zum Sitzen. Die Zimmer sind sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Einzig bei einigen Zimmern könnte es besser eine Dusche statt einer Wanne sein aber das schmälert nicht den Gesamteindruck. Es ist definitiv das beste Hotel mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Badenweiler. Wir waren schon sechs mal dort und werden garantiert wiederkommen.

Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer groß, die Betten bequem und das Essen ist fantastisch. Pool und Saunalandschaft sind auch gut. Badenweiler an sich ist super zum Erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mini Kritik: An den Duschen im Saunabereich wäre ein Haken für das Handtuch wünschenswert.

Der Charm ist leider weg. Das Hotel wurde verkauft, die neue Betreiber-Gesellschaft ist nicht vor Ort. Kein Management anwesend, bzw. nicht sichtbar. Personal freundlich aber unsicher. Das vieles noch im Retrostil ist, kann man in der Kürze der Zeit nicht ändern. Auch das "Gourmet"-Frühstück verdient den Namen nicht, auch früher schon nicht. Eher Standart eines 3 Sterne Hotels. Auf alle Fälle keine 4 Sterne "S" Hier ist überall Handlungsbedarf. WC Deckel wackelt wie ein Kuhschwanz, Balkon Liegestühle lassen sich nicht feststellen, Plastikpflanzen auf den Terrassentischen, Alte Fenster mit Rollo in den Zimmern...und und und...Man muss es beobachten, ob die neuen Betreiber Gas geben und die seit langen fehlenden Investitionen tätigen.
