房間設施比較傳統，陽台視野風景很好，可以看到橋，早餐不錯，有熱食。缺點是床不舒服，地板有灰，清潔不到位。

This hotel lacks a soul. Poor checkin experience, poor breakfast, elevators that open different ways and you end upon the street and not in the hotel. Poor rooms, sterile and a bit like a prison room to be honest. Genuinely one of the poorest experiences I have had. Not worth the money, my advice is to avoid this hotel, and there are better options locally.

Das Hotel ist alt, meiner Meinung nach erfüllt es die Anforderungen an ein 4-Sterne Hotel nicht. Die Übernachtung in unserem Zimmer war denn auch der Horror. Keine Klima-Anlage, aber es war auch keine Option, die Fenster zu öffnen, die alle auf die Hauptstrasse zeigen. Check-In sehr unpersönlich via Automat, als wir auschecken wollten, kam die Auskunft, wir sollen warten, irgendwann käme dann jemand, der das könne. Was positiv zu erwähnen ist: Die Zimmer waren sauber, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche (mit Löchern drin) waren vorhanden. Minibar leider - bis auf zwei kleine Fläschchen Mineral - leer.

Typical swiss. No fuss. Right stuff at right place. Right for the money. Next to public transport. You cannot get a better hotel in baden. The breakfast is not gourmet, but it's healthy and plenty. It's still an old hotel meant for business and serves it's purpose well.

grande tour au centre de la ville a deux pas du centre historique. bon accueil en francais. parking gratuit . chambre propre, vieillotte pas digne d un 4 etoiles. salle de bain avec baignoire chambre fumeur ou non . le restaurant bon service mais cher pour se que l on mange . prix correct

Schmuddeliges alte Hotel, dass niemals 4 Sterne verdient. Vorhänge, Fenster und Stühle im Speisesaal sind grusig, die Stühle erzählen schon fast was in den letzten 30 Jahren darauf gegessen wurde. Das Nichttaucher Zimmer ist auf die Strasse gerichtet und sehr laut, um die Vorhänge anzufassen möchte man am liebsten Handschuhe anziehen (pfui)

This hotel is in a great location but the hotel itself is run down and really dated - downstairs where the breakfast is served is an uninviting smoky bar. Frankly depressing. The staff were helpful but spread too thin as another guest has said - so often reception was deserted. We hopped on the bus snd stayed at the aparthotel instead - way nicer and cheaper too.
