A nice hotel that is near the SM Mall. All in all very good with friendly and attentive staff and with a pleasant pool and pool surrounds. The only downsides were our room was the smallest on the floor and our bathroom could have been cleaner and it had a wonky floor tile that splashed up water whenever we stepped on it.

Although our stay is very short we got what we needed. A very comfortable place to stay and rest because it was very tiring day. The room is spacious and clean and the location is quiet. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I always love staying at this hotel whenever I visit Bacolod. The location is fantastic, especially since it’s conveniently close to the port for trips to Iloilo. The buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are incredibly accommodating and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel’s ambiance is also lovely, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I stayed on Valentines Night to enjoy a romantic evening with my partner. The planned evening by the pool, a glass of wine, background music, was a delight. We didn't use the Wave Pool although that was availed by the other hotel guests, who appeared to enjoy themselves as well. I pre-planned the night by arriving early at book-in, and arranging for the Hotel Staff to lay 3 Red Roses upon the Bed and then got my partner to open the door while I carried the luggage.. My subsequent denials fell on deaf ears and i fessed up to being a romantic at heart ! It was a good night. Thank You.
