Budget hotel. Very good location, friendly and nice staff. Air conditioning is old and noisy, didn't bother me much because I sleep with earplugs. No insects, absolutely. Water pressure is good, water is cool. WIFI is weak, often disappeared, in the lobby the signal was good. The only big minus is poor soundproofing. Even with earplugs, I often woke up very early because someone was talking loudly in the hallway or children were screaming very early. If they renovate the rooms, it would be great! The price was great, 695 pesos/night, May 2025. If you are a budget traveler who sleeps with earplugs and doesn't pay much attention to the occasional noise from guests outside, I recommend this hotel.

Cleaniless needed to improved. Amenities a bit lacking, AC was cool enough but never cold even with the highest setting. But the location is central which made it accessible to most places you wanna visit and the staff are kind and accommodating.
