We arrived tonight for our reservation and they had no rooms available. The woman at the front said they had no access to the system and the manager had stole the information. She was unpleasant and did not offer an apology. What shady customer service. I would never recommend

Beware - Poor/Shady Customer Service: When looking for lodging, I do two things. I look at the low reviews and check out their cancellation policies. With Casa Arabe, you'll notice that their rooms are outdated and somewhat dirty. Also, tours come here all the time, so as a guest, you'll be sharing your peaceful stay with a bunch of people coming in and out for the day. As for their cancellation policy, they are refusing to refund me, even though I cancelled well within the 2 days prior window. See a screenshot of my interaction with staff. Casa Arabe, for $43 USD, is it really worth this poor customer service?

La mejor vista de Bacalar. Puedes subirte al mirador y tener una mucho mejor. Si hablamos de comida, el ceviche es espectacular, y en desayunos sus enchiladas suizas es algo que no te puedes perder. Tiene varios lugares donde puedes descansar. Ni que decir de nadar y ver el atardecer aquí.

Muy buena atención, lo recomiendo 100% atienden súper bien y el lugar es agradable para pasarla un rato con tus amigos y estar en la laguna, recomiendo muchísimo su comida es muy buena y tienen una salsa increíble, muy agradable la tarde en casa arabe

Es un lugar bastante cómodo y relajante. Me gustó mucho el ambiente, la comida y el buen trato al cliente, y no solo eso, si no que tiene una muy buena vista a la laguna, es ideal para venir a pasar un buen rato con amigos o familia, sin duda volvería a venir

Una amiga me recomendó el lugar y sin duda fue una buena opción.Un lugar tranquilo y con música buena.Les recomiendo pedir la salsa de la casa, es un bueno elemento para agregar a tu desayuno.El agua de piña con hierba buena, delicioso.Sin duda regresaré❤️
