Hotel with a lot of humidity, with rooms that do not look like the hotel's presentation photos. The rooms are dark, old, without any amenities (no towels, no accessories, etc.). The staff is not attentive or does not have the power to make decisions or take initiatives to improve things.
We gave up on taking our room, and for a week now on hold, no response from the hotel, despite Trip's attempts to contact them.
We had to find an emergency solution on our own.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

Hotel para huir! Todo está en estado deplorable: paredes con moho, aire acondicionado que gotea, baño asqueroso con manchas de sangre en el suelo y en las sábanas. No limpian desde hace más de una semana, hay polvo por todas partes. Encontré 4 cucarachas vivas en una noche y otra muerta dentro del refrigerador. Además, está en un barrio donde no hay absolutamente nada.

Soluzione riservata tramite agenzia che ci aveva comunicato fosse basilare e senza fronzoli. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni. Le camere sono spaziose ma prive di manutenzione. La pulizia non è garantita né l'acqua calda. Il front desk poco reattivo sebbene gentile. Il prezzo non vale la spesa. La camera 6 poi da non prendere in considerazione proprio perché di fianco ad un compressore funzionante tutta notte e sotto una zona giorno al piano superiore (si sente tutto) Per questo servizio, meglio andare in un ostello

Terrible experience! The structure on the outside seems well-kept but it is not at all! Dirty rooms, blood stains on the floor, bathroom with non-working shower, everything encrusted and dilapidated! There was no hot water, even after numerous reminders! I have never stayed in similar apartments, indecent. Be wary of positive reviews.
