Hotel très médiocre. Les photos sont belles mais nos chambres sont sans fenêtre enfin si elles donnent sur un mur à moins de 50cm de plus de 2m de haut !! Evitez les chambres du RdC voir évitez même l hotel !! Le réceptionniste est sympa c est au moins ça !!

Hotel con instalaciones muy bonitas, cuenta con un centro de consumo y barra que no funciona, es decir , tiene de todo pero abre únicamente en desayuno , el horario es muy corto 8:30 a 10:30am. Desafortunadamente el servicio que ofrecen en este centro de consumo no es del todo bueno. Los recepcionistas son muy buenos , amables y serviciales. Ame nuestra alberca privada, Bacalar es un sueño 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Je ne conseillerait pas
Le nom de l’hôtel n’est pas clairement indiqué sur la façade. Il mériterait une rénovation car tout est vieillot, la douche est pleine de calcaire et le bois en mauvais état. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre à ouvrir dans la chambre. L’hôtel est à 1km à pied du centre. Le personnel ne parle que l’espagnol

El personal de front desk muy amable y servicial. Algunos huéspedes muy escandalosos después de la media noche y se escuchaba todo el ruido en la habitación. No hay toallas para la alberca y el personal del bar llega a las 7 am platicando en voz muy alta y haciendo ruido con ollas y sartenes.

Decepciónde Hotel
Lo habíamos contratado este Hotel, porque ofrecía que estaba enfrente de la laguna, lo cual no era cierto, los cuartos o habitaciones hacían demasiado ruido, no había un respeto, a la una de la mañana, gritando gente con alcoholes encima y fue insufrible en la noche Y golpeando la puerta en la habitación que estaba enfrente de nosotros
