Amazing experience especially with the staff. Laid back environment in a beautifully designed structure. We weren’t even inside when we got right in front of the structure, and just then, Pablo opened up to greet us so warmly. The check-in process was done very thoroughly, and we were accompanied to our room where they carried our really heavy luggage and explained every little detail in the room while giving us traditional sweets. They offer a great range of tours that they send you via whatsapp so you can explore all your options. We booked the veil tour and it was amazing. We had to stay in one day because the weather was not the best, they kindly cooked the popcorn in the microwave that we bought earlier helping us with our hangover 💀 The room was beautiful, spatious and cleaned everyday. That staff was one of the best we ever met. We’d come back just to see you guys again, thanks for everything 🖤

Excelente hotel para pasar los días en Bacalar, muy buena ubicación a un par de cuadras del centro, igualmente cerca de los muelles de donde salen los tours a la laguna, hay muchos restaurantes/parques cerca. Excelente atención de todo el personal del hotel, muy cómodo,bonito y limpio dentro y fuera de las instalaciones, habitaciones amplias y con todas las comodidades. 100% recomendado

Uno de los puntos a destacar de la casa chukum, es la amabilidad, actitud positiva del personal, desde el contacto via whatsapp, la atencion, explicandote los detalles del servicio, lo que incluye, etc. La decoracion de la recepcion/entrada, los muebles, el desayunador adjunto. La habitacion que tuvimos, muy bien, comoda, funcional, el area de la alberca y su alredodor, solo la visitamos de pasada, pero creo que a los huspedes que la disfrutaban, les gusto, rwalmento es muy recomendable la casa chukum. Agradecemos la atencion de Samantha, Pablo, Emmanuel y de la propietaria Deby.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours à la Casa Chukum. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le lieu. Très sympa, super chouette décoration, calme avec une piscine bien agréable. L'équipe est super cool et le petit déjeuner très copieux et vraiment pas cher. La chambre était très confortable et très bien entretenue. Nous avons aussi profité de l'excursion en voilier sur la lagune proposée par l'hôtel. C'était vraiment top. Bref, nous recommandons vivement ce lieu paisible tenu par une équipe hyper sympa
