Nuestra estancia en Hotel Azul Maria Bacalar fue una experiencia mágica, pero lo que realmente se lleva el premio son los amaneceres que se ven directo desde la habitación. Despertar, abrir las cortinas y ver cómo la luz se refleja sobre la laguna fue algo que nunca vamos a olvidar. Es como tener una postal natural solo para ti. La ubicación del hotel frente a la laguna es inmejorable. Además del paisaje, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas para descansar y disfrutar. El acceso directo al agua es ideal si quieres nadar temprano o simplemente sentarte con un café a contemplar la vista. El ambiente del hotel es súper tranquilo, y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. Si estás buscando un lugar donde puedas ver el amanecer sin moverte de la cama, rodeado de naturaleza y paz, Azul Maria es el lugar. ¡Volveríamos mil veces!

Las cabañas son pequeñas pero están muy bien. Es verdad que son ruidosas. El personal es muy amable y te atienden genial.
No tienen desayuno y por la mañana en los alrededores estaba casi todo cerrado.

wow, muy buena vista; habitaciones de 10. Excelente. Las habitaciones tienen todo para descansar. El recepcionista fue muy amable nos explicó todo muy bien. La cama muy cómoda. Tienen café. Estuvimos solo 2 noches, pero la estancia fue muy buena.

El lugar es precioso, pero en si me hospede en las cabañas es un estilo único y además que la ubicación es un plus. Los baños son compartidos pero no es problema ya que la limpieza es diaria. La alberca es muy limpia y bonita y el persona siempre pendiente de nosotros

Amazing sunrise views
This hotel is located outside the busy center area and is super quiet. You hear the birds instead of the cars. The main roads offers side walks all along which you can walk for as long as you want even to centro. The view to the 7 colors lagoon is amazing from the infinity pool. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. Our room had issue with the toilet and they fix it right away. Super friendly staff

Muy bonito el hotel, tranquilo, las cabañas son cómodas pero se escucha todo, de adentro hacia afuera y de afuera hacia adentro, el chico encargado se ponía a soplar hojas con una máquina a las 5:30/6 am o a barrer, deberían de considerar que hay personas durmiendo y que el más mínimo ruido se escucha

Potential. But not there yet
Neat enough place but the little cabins could be a little nicer. The deluxe didnt have anything deluxe about it. And no toilet seats? I expect that in a $20 room but not at this price
Breakfast was to be included and served between 8am and 10am. Sat there from 8:30-9:15. Didnt see anyone (maybe in a chicken coup waiting for eggs??). I just packed up and left
