L’hôtel est très beau situé dans la jungle L’hôtel et les chambres sont plein de charme La lagune superbe Tout est réalisé avec des matériaux naturels Les restaurant et service au top Carlos est adorable et aux petits soins. D’une grande gentillesse. Le lieu est incroyablement beau Les gros points négatifs sont: - Le bruit de l’autoroute juste à côté ultra passsante. Malgres l’achat de boules quies difficile de dormir correctement le bruit incessant des camions gâche vraiment le cadre idyllique de l’établissement. - option piscine privée assez coûteux inutilisable car pas propre c’est désolant de payer un supplément conséquent pour ne pas l’utiliser! - bien que les chambres soient superbes avec une douche extérieure, une odeur de renfermé pas très agréable. À 800 euros les deux nuits c’est trop cher

We had 4 nights in a jungle lodge at Naya and it was incredible. The property itself was just beautiful and so well maintained. Our lodge was great and we loved the little pool at the front. The facilities such as paddle boards for use on the lagoon are fantastic and the optional activities they offer are great - we loved the sailing trip. Special mention to the restaurant too. Carlos was so lovely and his food was delicious. If you are staying in Bacalar you have to stay at Naya.

El hotel es precioso súper instagrameable, la atención del personal muy buena todos son súper amables y las vistas son muy bonitas. El acceso a la laguna es muy chiquito y tiene mucha piedra que lástima para caminar si no es con paddle board no te puedes bañar en ella y si no lo sabes usar pues no te puedes meter, la alberca súper chiquita y sucia, el restaurante es caro y está muy agringado sin variedad, en la habitación no hubo agua caliente en dos ocasiones, si tu intención es tener acceso privado a la laguna para bañarte a gusto no es una buena opción, no todos los taxis quieren entrar o conocen dónde es el hotel lo cual es un problema porque está lejos del centro y el acceso está lejos de la carretera y lleno d barro no puedes entrar caminando y como el restaurante no está chido pues tienes que salir para comer.

I booked two nights at Naya Bacalar, and by mistake did not put the correct date. In the confirmation email there was no details at all regarding the dates. When I went to the reception for check in, they just said my room was not available and it was my problem for booking the wrong dates. When I pointed out i did not have the dates in the confirmation, they said it was my problem. Lost the down payment of 315€. On top of that the person at the reception did not care to help us at all to find another stay. UPDATE: after two months and several emails still no answer by the hotel

Increíble hotel! Pidan cuarto del lado de la selva con alberca, es mágico. El l lado de la laguna tmb está súper bonito! El servicio increíble, la comida buenisima. Vale 100% la pena este hotel. El servicio de carlos es maravilloso. La decoración y ambiente super padre.

I’m slightly reluctant to give a review on this hotel only because I don’t want everyone to find it! Everything here was amazing from the location, to the staff, to the cooked to order breakfast each morning. While the whole staff was nice and helpful; Javier was exceptional and made sure I was well taken care of.
