My family stayed for 2 nights here. Although it is a 5-star hotel, according to what I experienced here, it is not up to that standard. Our room is quite big with 2 single beds. The floor is quite old and dirty carpet. There are still traces of coffee or food that are not cleaned. The shower in the bathroom is old rusty. The worst is the water system. When taking a bath, it is too cold, sometimes it turns to be too hot. The hotel needs improvement. The plus point is that the staff is quite pleasant and enthusiastic.

I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

I am very satisfied. The two hotels I booked earlier were too bad and the price was too high. I stayed at HANA for two nights and I was very satisfied. The room was very quiet and well-equipped. Stayed for two or three days, the hotel began to do Christmas decoration, very early. There is a place to drink tea. The hotel said that it is a public part. You can go to make tea and talk. The Chinese at the front desk is good. There is no translation software anymore. The room is very clean and there is no smell. Room 1 and 6 is highly recommended. Quiet and big.

Did not take pictures but the room outside is as good as the advertised picture. Very airy, clean and beautiful. Quiet around, no one sings karaoke hehehe 11/10 points (or if there is, because the soundproofing is too good, I can't hear it). The owner and hotel staff are all very attentive and cute. The food on the menu is quite cheap and varied :3 It looks good but I haven't tried it ... It's rare to stay overnight in Bac Ninh, but if I have the opportunity later, I will definitely come back 👍👍👍
