Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Dirty smelling of cat. Food terrible, in the middle of know where young assistant manager very rude to us. Peed stains on my bed, bugs all over the dining room. Never again. Very dissatisfied , il never ever recommend this place in a million years. Below is the proof, my Christmas dinners , the worst I’ve ever had in 57 years . I wished McDonald’s was open Christmas day

Me and my partner couldn't complain, staff were helpful room was clean and had a nice view and the breakfast was enough to start the day, we are pleased to say we will be returning this March for our honeymoon, see you all very soon and my son and his girlfriend are also giving it a try in march

When we arrived we were made very welcome. We were there for Christmas, the room was very basic, no drawers, no tea making facilities, but you can borrow a kettle from reception. No hairdryer. Breakfast was ok, we went b&b, so to have evening meal was 15Euros, this included a drink from the bar. Christmas Eve was supposed to be special food, it was 25Euros. Absolutely disgusting food, so called turkey, and gammon, the veg is frozen. We couldn’t go out for a meal as we were a long way from any facilities. No entertainment at all, day or night. Bars closed at 11 o’clock, which is terrible. We never have complained in all our years of going on holiday, but we did this time, assistant manager came to see us, but she was already up for an argument, she didn’t get one. No people skills at all, she offered a free meal for us, we said we would rather have a bag of crisps. I wanted to come home early, but stuck it out. I definitely do NOT recommend this place . The staff on the other hand are lovely. There’s nothing for children at all. No pool table, no hairdressers. The toilet from the bar is below ground, no good if your disabled. The nearest place is about 15 minutes on the bus. The best meal we had was the Gerrard bar, beautiful meal next to supermarket. Never ever go there again, waste of our pension.

Really had a fantastic stay here. We went all inclusive and would definitely recommend. The hotel itself is very clean and mentained to a high standard. The outside areas are well looked after and the pool is imacculate. Rooms are of a good standard and cleaned every day and have comfy bed's. The location is also very convenient with a local cheep shop just outside the hotel and bars and the beach close. The bus takes 10 mins to the centre of Limassol with the stop 30 seconds walk and is €2 The staff are very friendly and can't help you enough, big shout to the manager and deputy manager who made sure we was looked after and I noticed they kept an eye on everything. Also BIG thanks to Alisha for being such a good host in the bar and restaurant. Always smiling and chatty , again looked after us and is an asset to the hotel! We went all inclusive and would really recommend it, the food was absolutely amazing different dishes each day and made with good quality ingredients, the meat was delicious and all cooked perfectly. The food was definitely one of the best bits of our stay, we really can't fault anything at all regarding the food. To conclude, nice clean hotel, in a good lication, friendly staff and great food and well worth the price. We have just booked again for next June! Alan.

Disgusting hotel, please avoid. Highlighted that there were small cockroaches crawling over the pastries at morning breakfast and the waiting staff showed little concern. Room walls seem very thin allowing you to hear next door quite clearly. Very dated and unclean hotel.

It is nice, friendly place :) I spent here two weeks. The hotel is located close to the sea. The staff is helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfasts and dinners are tasty but cheesecake is number one in the world :) I recommend this place for everyone :)

We stayed here for one night. It was the grubbiest, dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Blood stains and signs of bed bugs on the mattress. Bathroom dirty and towels grey and old. Soap dispenser was empty. Balcony door had no lock at all. Couldn’t eat the food…no food hygiene standards…appalling!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very nice and very fresh, all in all great value for the money , the rooms are big and bright with a lovely view of the pool and the sea

This is advertised as three star but it is 1 or 2 maximum. The rooms are basic, you can hear people in the rooms next door and in the corridors, and the door locks didn't make us feel secure in our rooms. The food at breakfast was bad and the evening meal which cost 14euro per person was terrible and what should have been hot was cold. The front of office staff were not friendly or helpful. We checked out after 3 nights as we didn't feel comfortable there.

Absolutely horrible.balcony railings being held on by 2 screws.cot for toddler had no matress just 2 bed pillows with a blanket over it.food disgusting had to order takeaways everyday.no entertainment which was advertised on their website (has no been removed) kids pool absolutely filthy.asked for it to be cleaned,which the guy did but still left with scum floating on top.pool bar never opened

The experience was below my expectation . Hotel staff were not trained to be friendly to the customers. Breakfast was very minimal . General cleanliness was less than average . Walkable distance from local beach which was the only good thing.

I’m currently staying at Navarria and although there is plenty of things that the hotel can improve on. The hotel has been given lots of complaints about things that are not true. The pool is fresh and is absolutely glowing. The hotel is a very quiet place so great if you have come away to relax. The food is okay but not great but there is still plenty of choice. The one thing that amazes me about this hotel is the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and they are so big. Air con is a huge bonus! The things to improve….. Food quality Music by the pool would be nice A member of staff dedicated to the bar area for the all inclusive guests.

Avoid at all means.Dirty Hotel is no facilities rude receptionist dont care.The cleaning service was disgusting, and the hair and urine were in the corner of the bathroom.The bathroom curtain was yellow and moulding patches of green fungus The breakfast was full of flies and just reheating the same food.Stale croissants and Danish pastries, of course, with flies sitting on them.The cake was only crumbs.No fruit juice only squash lemon and orange and water down milk.The jam was jello and the fruit wad not fresh.The pool area was dirty,the pool was slippery inside.Its a run down place and many people who dont stay are using the pool hence as no one checks no safety.you pay 10 euros as a. deposit for a pool towel.The room was awfully basic no hairdryer, and the only soap serving also as a shampoo and body wash was a dispenser.The antiseptic dispensers were empty Disgusting hotel with the possibility of getting seriously ill as no hygiene is placed. NEVER AGAIN
