Won’t be staying here anymore. Arrived at 2.45pm for check in. Was given room 409. The room door was not shut closed. Can enter withoit using access card. Went down to the reception to complain about the door. Senior staff couldn’t understand what I said & asked for maintenance team to check. I told her the door was cracked & can’t be locked from the inside. She told me to wait on level 4 until maintenance reports back to her. Fine! The maintenance guy came & told us that the lock can be replaced. I replied back saying, if this was replaced…the door still can’t be shut closed & locked. So he had to report this to reception & asked if there’s a different room for us. He later came with a new access card for room 523. We made our way there carrying all our stuff. We are 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 eight year old & a toddler. Room 523 was really run down, not properly cleaned but fortunately, the door worked fine with locks. At 11pm, the AC unit suddenly went off. Tried switching the main point on/off several times & also used the AC remote. No luck, called reception…technician will come. He came, checked the AC, went out, came back again, used the stool to climb at the AC unit & AC was switched on again. Thankful! An hour later, the AC was just blowing air. Not even cold air. Kids started to get sweaty & couldn’t sleep. Already midnight, called reception again. Technician came & checked the AC and knew that our room was not cold since he first came. He told us to change to a diff room, but to wait first for confirmation from reception. The phone rang & we were told new room is on level 4. Packed everything & went one level down. Waited in front of the elevator for new room access card. It was room 410. Next to out 1st room (409). Thank God the technician already switched the AC on, room 410 was cold when we arrived. Settled down & went to sleep at 1am in our third room. Hotel & rooms were really runned down. Toilet’s tiles’ grout had mold & mildew. Toilet door was cracked. Rooms were dusty. A lot of improvement has to be done. They need to revamp everything since the wear & tear of the rooms were so obvious. It was definitely our first & last time staying here & luckily it was only for a night. Out of the 3 rooms, only the last room had a fridge. Parking was limited around hotel building.

Fast check-in and check-out, plenty of parking spots available. I booked a room for 3 people, it looked decent at first glance however you can see dirty patches on the wall, mold spots and soap stains in the bathroom. The beds are low, causing difficulty for those with back pains, and really old and made squeaking sounds. Aircond worked fine, however the same can’t be said about the TV and the hairdryer. There’s no mini bar even though it’s shown in the photo. The iron and ironing board is located outside the room. Some amenities i.e toothbrush, comb weren’t provided. Maybe I was unlucky with the room and it felt like staying at a 2-star. We had breakfast buffet at Bemban restaurant, food was good with decent options. The dinner at Asahan Coffee was also superb, especially the fish head curry was sooo good. The staff were all friendly and gave greetings and the service was good. But the hotel should really invest more in the housekeeping area and the furniture/appliances maintenance.

A very simple room and suitable for budget traveler. The hotel is conveniently located in Ayer Keroh, Malacca just a short distance from the many scenic sites and restaurants. Overall stay is good.

This was our second time here. All good; hotel staffs were truly attentive, warmth and professional. Room was cozy smells nice and we got new set of towels. They offered early check in as i arrived at 1pm. However, bidet pipe hose in room 303 was leaking severely, made water spillage and splashed everywhere. Cannot poo poo properly, made my attire all getting wet. Appreciate if hotel mngment could fix it asap. Overall tq for the hospitality.

My 2nd time at this hotel. Overall experience quite good. Staffs are good, Room was well cleaned, spacious. Just need to park in front of the hotel if the parking lots were full.

Stayed here whenever i have a business trip in Melaka.. Strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, staff are friendly. plus they have huge Raya bazaar right in front of the hotel.. Simple yet nice hotel to stay..

Pros: ✅ Good Location – Convenient for business travelers and events at MITC. ✅ Parking Availability – Plenty of parking space for guests. Cons: ❌ Small Rooms – Might feel cramped, especially for families or longer stays. ❌ No Fridge in Room – Inconvenient for storing food or drinks. ❌ Windows Cannot Be Opened – Can make the room feel stuffy with no fresh air. ❌ Cleanliness Could Be Better – Some areas may not be well-maintained. ❌ Average Service – Staff may not always be attentive or responsive. ❌ Mediocre Breakfast – Limited variety and average food quality. ❌ Maintenance Issues – Some facilities and rooms could use upgrades.

Bilik not bad. Hanya parking agak limited. Terpaksa parking di tepi jalan luar kawasan hotel.

Worth the money spent. We attended a kenduri and chose to stay here with a couple of other families. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. There were plenty of kedai makan near the hotel. There was also a Food Festival during our stay, so parking was limited. Overall, we were satisfied.

Hotel has clean and neat bedroom and other great facilities including event ballroom and the venue is located strategically within nearby facilities for food, 24hrs convenience store and worship place

Outside view of hotel is ok. But when go to hotel floor, got some dust smell. Pillow is smelly and toilet is quite small.
