We went for a work trip and selected this hotel because it is central in Hawassa. The staff are extremely professional and kind. They will go out of their way to accommodate their guests, which was wonderful. The food was excellent, both at the breakfast and the dinner available in the cultural restaurant on the first floor. The entertainment/show at the cultural restaurant was excellent, showcasing many of the different dances and songs of the Ethiopian people. The rooms were very tidy; the staff that showed us to our room ensured everything worked before he left us. (eg: lights, water, shower, toilet, etc.) Would definitely stay again, and major recommendation to all visiting Hawassa!

The worst hotel I have ever been.I have a wedding ceremony on september/2023 ,they messed up everything.Me and My wife got upset about it.We came all the way to hawassa from united states of america to get best service but we all are unhappy about it.

Great place to stay while in Hawassa. Was there for 2 weeks. Great food, staff always smiling and greeting. Comfortable room (though small). It is in a good location. Easy 15 min walk to the lake. Good cafe (in addition to the restaurant) inside the hotel with good coffee.

Ker-Awud International Hotel is the best hotel I ever seen in the city of Hawassa. Thier hospitality specially in the restaurant during breakfast, cultural restaurant with tradational dance and the front office staffs are the best among all their service.
