説是拿破崙住過的酒店，其實我個人不是很喜歡這種建在老房子裏的酒店，畢竟各種傢俱和衞浴設備都有些偏老舊。尤其是酒店的早餐真的很一般，沒幾樣可以吃的，加上服務員的英文也夠嗆，所以體驗不是太好。
酒店地理位置優越，地處老城中心，所以出來就是古蹟名勝，出行很方便。

Although the hotel is not very big, it has a sense of history. The great writer Hugo once lived in it. The service staff is also quite friendly. Lunch was great!

We stopped for lunch at Hotel d’Europe in early October 2023. We were sat in the garden area and had the loveliest experience with the staff, the surroundings and, of course the food. It was a last minute choice to stop in and we are so very glad we did. It was one of those experiences you remember forever.

Lovely, historic hotel in the heart of Avignon. Staff was excellent! Very walkable location to stroes and restaruants..
When I checked in I was told that breakfast was included but when I checked out I was charged for each day. The breakfast was rather minimal and the eggs were always cold. Otherwise ths is a very nive place to stay.

Old hotel that lost his glamour and service. After waiting for a couple of hours for our room to be ready we discovered a bathrool where fresh stains of urine where on the toilet seat. I discretely discussee this with the reception. She asked me to send the pictures and would discuss it with the management. After 2 emails I didn’t get any response at all. This is absolutely the worst experience I had in a hotel at all.
