Séjour très agréable
Hôtel situé à proximité d'Avignon centre (15 à 20 mn à pied avec sur le chemin ne vue imprenable sur le fameux pont) idéal pour les problèmes de stationnement de la ville!
Chambre équipée d'une climatisation et d'une literie très confortable.
Nous avons mangé sur place le soir à l'extérieur : délicieux ! Mais attention c'est un menu unique.

Oase der Ruhe
Ein sehr schöner Ort mitten in der Stadt, aber trotzdem im Grünen, da Lage auf der Insel im Fluss.
Sehr gute Betten, großzügiger Raum, modernes Bad.
Das Frühstück war individuell und sehr gut, keine verpackten Produkte, schöner Platz im Garten.

Skøn beliggende gammel stor Auberge
Auberge de la Treille
Ligger skønt på en lille landtange midt i Rhonefloden, ca 20 min gang fra centrum af den gamle bydel. Store og nyrenoverede værelser, og topmoderne badeværelse.
Morgenmaden var meget lækker og blev serveret i haven. Restaurationen på stedet var desværre lukket i de to dage vi var der, så den fik vi desværre ikke prøvet, men har gode anmeldelser.
Eneste problem er deres tilkørselsvejledning bør specificeres, da den ene tilkørsel ikke er mulig uden nøgle, og man derfor må ud på en længere omvej til den rigtige indkørsel.

I really wanted to like this property but there many issues. First of all this is not a real hotel. It's a bed and breakfast. The day we showed up, the gate was closed and there was no way to get in. After driving and walking around the outside fence for half an hour we found a construction worker who went and found a care take for the place. The place looked abandoned and the owners were away.i offered to cancel but they insisted we stay. The château itself had seen better days and they were in the process of repair. Our room was ok and it was nice to be in the woods. they never cleaned the room in our 3 days there but they provided a change of towels once. The owners need staff but appear reluctant to obtain. Overall it was an OK experience

This is a very small property, only 5 or 7 rooms, set on the end of an island in the Rhone river.
The owners/staff were extremely nice people.
A set menu for lunch and dinner that changes by the season is available for some days, not everyday.
there are local wine bars within walking distance and walkable into Avignon's old town.
very quiet.
lots of space available for a venue event.
I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
