This hotel is poor in every aspect. In urgent need of s refurbishment specially in public areas. The breakfast experience was awful. 10 min wait to be sit down, run out of fruit and there were no bowls available for 10 minutes, floor dirty and sticky floor, coffee arrived when we were finishing breakfast and only guests with dogs could use the outside terrace.

Building needs an upgrade. Fixtures and fittings in bedroom dated and chipped. Sound proofing between rooms poor.
Ordered piri piri chicken received plain roast chicken, no apology.
Top money paid for substandard product. Please raise your game, letting down a fantastic setting.

Won’t put the fire on in the bar and all customers complaining - takes 20 min to get two simple drinks in a bar that only had two other people in it.
Giving free drinks to people of their choice and then says they’ve drank too much. Strange
No stocking gf bread and don’t know their menu to explain it
I’ve only ever complained about one hotel so I’m gutted to have to do this

Don’t replenish your tea etc and I can’t remember the rest… just don’t stay there. Go to the cairngorm hotel or coylumbridge.
