I didn’t even get to stay. The power was out and they refused my refund. I literally booked the hotel an hour before i got there and after i pulled in the parking and saw there was no power. I canceled. This is poor customer service and it wasn’t my fault that they didn’t have power.

Run down hotel. ******* booked wrong dates. Hotel said they'd cancel second reservations because they wanted full price. I did not stay but looked inside room to see if it was worth what they were asking. It was not

Absolutely loved our stay at the Heritage Hotel in Augusta! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Augusta, close to everything. Our room was beautifully laid out, well equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend! Kevin Paul and Michael.

The motel is pretty old. You can tell they try to keep it clean but some areas, like the shower, need to be replaced. Staff is very nice and helpful

Will no return as a customer
The Shower curtain had many stains on it - The Mirror in the room had a Huge Crack in it, there was not a toilet paper holder - This seems to be a lower budget hotel. Do not have high expectations.
It did seem safe but I would not return.

Would not go again. I'm not sure who screwed up. We booked a king room with accessibility. We got there they offered a second floor room with no elevators. They had no parking close to the room. She just smiled as I was explaining that is not possible. We couldn't get through the parking lot to park. We handed back the key she gave me and left. Some people don't know what accessibility means. ********* and that hotel needs better communication.
