The service provided by the Reception and Breakfast team was first class. The food was excellent and the Management very approachable and helpful. I would certainly recommend staying at the Ramada by Wyndham.

Hotel needs to be demolished. It’s situated next to a freight line that runs all night. The lobby and communal areas are dated. Tea/coffee making is in the toilet and the AC unit was so noisy it nearly drowned out the noise from the trains. We won’t be coming back

Check-in was slow, the room was average and the train noise at night was loud. So, why did I rate it a 4…the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver (Miss Dora) was an absolute delight! Talking to any of the staff, you get the sense you’re talking to family.

Based on the reviews I'd read, I was extremely nervous about staying here. Glad to say it wasn't bad at all. Yes, the hotel is old... BUT they have made the best of what they have to work with. Room was good size, good bed and new TV. The furniture is old but serves its purpose. If you're looking for 5star, this is not for you!! Decent place to lay your head. We never saw any bugs and our non-smoking room was clean and w/o any oder. Wifi worked great during our stay..

We got the wrong room 3 times, there were dead cockroaches in the air conditioner vents, no mini fridge, coffee pot was right beside the toilet 🤢, bedding had stains on it. There was visible dirt running down the walls in the lobby. I wouldn’t ever stay there again.

No sleep due to train horn right outside of hotel. Three times during one night so we left at 4:30 am since we were not sleeping anyway. You should select a hotel away for the downtown train tracks. You were warned.

Women & children, DO NOT STAY HERE. Vagrants in the lobby, propositioning all females, Loud train horn at 3am for 5 minutes every morning, NO restaurant, non working TV, "everyone gets a smoking room!" The owner has given up, this is a drug den!

I love the evening social on Wednesdays! The staff is nice and the rooms are amazing. The beds are very comfortable but the TV needs an update. Everything else's was great with no problems or issues. Excellent customer service 👏

I would not recommend staying at this location. The staff are friendly, however, there reputation with the community is as a drug hotel. The room smelled like someone had smoked ***** in it just before I arrived. Dirty window covering that was never cleaned properly while I was there.
