The lady at the front was really nice. We were exhausted from long trip. She offered us a bottle of water free of charge and gave some snack as we arrived there late night. The room was spacious and clean. I will stay there again when I go back to Augusta.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. They were unable to issue room keys, which meant that every time I left my room, I had to search for a staff member to let me back in. The mamager was nowhere to be found during my stay, which is too bad because the situation with keys should be considered an emergency for a hotel of any level. Unfortunately, the "complimentary" breakfast was also subpar; the egg omelette tasted as if it had been prepared days earlier and was nearly inedible.

The room was clean, the bed was so comfy, and the staff was amazing. I booked through ******* and when we arrived they could not find my reservation due to *******. They reassured me I would have a room and this happens often. ******* put a 75.00 dollar hold on my account and it’s been a month and I haven’t been reimbursed yet. Do not book with *******!!!!!!

I made my reservations over a month ago for a room with a roll in shower access due to my disability. When I arrived at the hotel, they gave me my room. I went up to it only to discover that it was not the room type I had booked. I called the front desk and was told to come back down and they would reassign my room. I was then informed that the only two roll in shower rooms they had were occupied. I asked how that could’ve happened since I booked my room over a month ago so I ended up taking another room that had a tub and even though it had grab bars, I was unable to utilize the tub because I could not step over the lip of the tub. If this is how you treat a diamond elite member with over 10 years of brand loyalty I guess it’s time for me to look to another hotel chain. They gave me 5000 points for the inconvenience which means nothing to me if I can’t take a shower
